Description of Work: Walked into Apple today to discuss my problems with my aging MacBook Air. The knowledgable staff directed me to the MacBook Pro which solved my multi-tasking problem that I was having with my 7 year old MacBook Air. I still love the sleek lines of the MacBook Air, however for what I need the MacBook Pro is a perfect fit. They helped me select the perfect model and they even found us a discount program that we qualified for! A++++++

+ -1 moreIt was not a good service. I had to take my computer back again. They had to replace it. I am on my fourth computer. It takes a long time to get the computer back. Also, they do not do a good job. I am just unsatisfied with Apple. They do do the repairs. They just do not charge you for that.

+ -1 moreAside from my initial confusion about the way to get served, it went well. There was a wait of about 20 minutes. The salesman was very young but patient with a novice buyer. He helped me make choices and was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I went to the Apple Store to buy a laptop. It took some time to be served due to the crowd and the recent release of a new model. The greeters were very friendly and helpful once I found them. It is confusing when one walks in to figure out how to get service.
