 + -1 moreI changed gas suppliers to Annapolis Propane. From the first call, to the signup, to the house check, to the fillup, this company is very professional and courteous in dealing with the customer. Everything was done on time and in a professional manner. The best part was the price of the gas, much more reasonable than other suppliers I had dealt with. Even the billing was better as they leave the bill when filled and you can send check in envelope or on line pay. Great company to deal with.
Description of Work: Checked propane tank and lines to house and all three gas log fireplaces. Once okayed, a couple of hours later their gas truck came to the house and filled the 100 ga. tank.

Description of Work: We own our propane tank and, stupidly, last winter, let it run out... During a shortage. Annapolis Propane was one of few companies who was very responsive and was able to fill the tank, at a reasonable price, when no one else could. HOWEVER, they put us on an automatics refill schedule that we did not agree to. I paid it the first time and did not question. I forgot to cancel it since I did not sign up for it and they refilled our tank the day before we moved out of our house and we are now receiving bills for that propane delivery to our precious address. I recently spoke to a friend so also reported that she was put in automatic refill schedule without her consent or authorization. Be wary of using them.

 + -1 moreThe team was right on time and the work was excellent. Their price on propane is very competitive and I now use them as a supplier. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with my other questions..
Description of Work: Installed 500 gallon propane tank underground (for a generator) and made a few other adjustments - connected my Webber grill and adjusted the existing gas fireplaces. Finally, they filled both my tanks.

 + -1 moreA.P. has the lowest price per gallon by more than a dollar, with no contract commitment, and excellent service. I called for pricing and spoke with their salesman George the same day. George answered all of my questions and went me the relevant paperwork to get started. I promptly got a call from their scheduler and delivery was as expected. My experience has been excellent and I highly recommend this company.

 + -1 moreThe man who comes out, Kevin, is very honest and very good. He charges a fair price. He does not give away his gas but he does not gouge you. He is reliable. I have other companies to compare him with and so I am aware of the difference. I guess this would be the second year that I have been using him. The other company was charging me double their price, because I was not using a lot of propane, but this man does not do that. There is a big difference in the price. Kevin charges me $2.79 a gallon while the other place was charging me $4. I just use the propane for my fireplace so I have a 300-gallon tank and their pricing is really a reasonable price. I will use him as long as he is in business.
Description of Work: I purchase propane tank for my gas fireplace from Annapolis Propane & Fuel LLC and the last time that I used them was back in the winter.
