George arrived promptly at 8 AM and worked until done at about noon. He completely dismantled the old door and tracks then installed two new ones, adjusted them and explained servicing and warranty. He was very professional and efficient - didn't even mind my watching!

Fantastic! My initial call was captured by an answering machine. Within a few hours George's wife called back to get the details of my problem. Approximately an hour after that George called and said he could be here within 30 minutes. He arrived and was very friendly and professional. He assesed the problem with the door and explained what he thought he could put perfectly right and what might be functional but not "perfect". George worked quickly and thoroughly. It was clear from his approach to the job that he had the expertise and attention to detail that resulted in a very satisfactory outcome. After he completed the work he walked me through exactly what he had done and explained everything. He also lubricated and performed a check on the other garage door! I am happy to recommend George and will definitely call him again if we have any problems and, down the road, when we need new doors.

George sets the standard for all contractors. From our first meeting for the estimate to the completion of the installation, he was always on time, courteous, professional, and very detail-oriented. After the job was finished he gave me a very complete, comprehensive briefing on the operation and safety features of the new door system. He even told me how I could get a tax credit for the doors and set up the invoice to make it easier for me to do this!

This was very smooth from start to finish. Mr. Cook was very professional and fairly priced. He scheduled the installation based on our limited availability, showed up promptly for both the estimate and performing the work, did a very professional job. We are very pleased and highly recommend him.

I can't remember their charges. They were very quick. They recommended a couple of different options so they gave us good choices. I would use them in the future if I had the need to.

They did a great job. It is hard to find someone that repairs your garage doors. This company does a lot of work in the Heritage Harbor area. They charge reasonable rates and gave me great tips on keeping my garage doors working properly.
