Went well. Tore off old roof and replaced with architectural shingles. Performed in one day. Good price, friendly service and they accept credit cards.

It went fine overall. The work was delayed because the roofing supplier had trouble getting the shingles I wanted. I can't blame that on Alton's. The work was done promptly after the shingles were delivered. They left the property spotless.

Alton's was fantastic to deal with. The job came in right on budget with no hidden surprises. The crew was very pleasant and easy to deal with and started and finished directly on schedule. In addition, Alton's was very good about standing behind their work. Several years after the initial installation a shingle came loose during a heavy storm. After a call the next day Alton's came right out and fixed the issue without charge. Nice company to deal with.

I called the company on Monday to see if they could repair a roof leak over our utility closet. I explained urgency of situation given that the leak was right over our electrical box, HVAC, water treatment system, and washer dryer. They sent someone out fairly quickly and suggested they would be able to fix the problem. The "repairman" did not climb the roof (said he never climbs roofs) and said he couldn't do the repair but rather said that it was simply the boot on a vent pipe. I asked for an estimate and when they could do the repair. He said he couldn't tell me but someone would call back. No one ever called back (it's 4 days later), and it turns out it wasn't the pipe boot, which he would have known if he climbed the roof. Very unprofessional and sketchy-would not recommend.
