Description of Work: Everything was fine - at first. Then when we called for follow up.... They avoided our calls and tests. Got a run around from them for months. Then I brought a case against them with BBB and they responded with saying they needed time to check with technician and let their repose time expire so the case was closed by BBB. Brought case open again and they did not respond.
