Description of Work: We had them as a sub. sum did about 60k in work. Major Reno. That is is $60k of electrical. Their staff was great. Called back for a few extras. Spoke to someone (DoD not identify names). Called back three more time. Can't even get them to return my call. Oh. Their last invoice on the $60k project was over two months late. I don't get it.

They were terrible. The customer service was not great. He came out, charged us, and told us we didn't have an issue. We just needed to change the light bulbs. We weren't using the right bulbs. So we fixed the bulbs and got the bulbs he recommended. We had the same issue. Then he wanted to charge us again to come back out. We said no. I think the price was fine. That's not the issue. The issue is that he's charging us for coming out, not fixing the issue and then he wants to charge again. We bought a home and they were the preferred electrical vendor for the property owners before they sold the house to us. The same provider came and did some work on the house just before we bought it, which is why we went to him. He was supposed to fix this issue before we even moved in. He did not. He charged us to come out and he did not fix it again. He told us we just needed to change light bulbs. So he had come twice at that point and did not fix the issue. He was trying to charge us a third time. But we only him contracted him directly once because the previous owners had contracted him before.
Description of Work: They came to do an electrical inspection. I had some issues with my bulbs flickering, coming on and off. We were worried about an electrical fire.

The deck fixture was installed by ADZ electric and stopped working within ten months of installation. Also needed deck fixtures to be replaced. Called three times. On second call, the owner responded asking about the problem and said he would follow-up. He did not and called him again. No response.
Description of Work: Repair disfuntional deck outlets and replace deck fixtures.
