The work was done very satisfactorily. Whatever tasks had to be done to install the insulation and improve my quality of life in this house was accomplished. Air seal all holes and gaps in attic to meet needed BPI standard. Repair all issues with insulation in attic. Air seal attic penetrations and all electrical fixtures in attic area. Insulate rim joist. Add R-19, 6 inches fiberglass batt insulation. Insulate foundation walls. Add R-13, 3 inches fiberglass basement wrap. Insulate cantilever. Add R-10, 1 inches rigid foam board and seal with foam. Air seal rim joist Install attic access dam. Air seal and insulate attic access hatch for attic 1

Workers answered questions prior to starting the project and always cleaned up after themselves during a two day period. They were always on time and Kathy who works in operations in development was very patience. I am very happy with the work and I can tell the temperature difference in one of the rooms which I had a lot of problems with either being too cold or too hot throughout the year. I recommend this company and would work with the staff if in any future projects without a doubt . Jp

the job performance was top of the line....TEMPRINE was on point,the workers for my hot water heater great,the other plumbers for my faucets 7 clearing my drains were okay,i would have like to have had a new toilet put in,but i will deal with it.the electrians were top of the line.i thought they going to seal my windows,but i was told not.EXCELLENT JOB OVERALL... john

Job was larger than estimated, and it took longer than expected, but not for lack of effort. The guys worked hard throughout the process. Scheduling followup work was easy and proactively done by the office. Quality assurance was great and found and corrected all issues. All staff were professional and respectful.

He, and his team, were exemplary! They performed with exceptional professionalism. Their knowledge and job experience left me with no doubt that I was in the presence of Contractor Greatness! They were courteous, prompt, prepared, and informed us of every step. They left no detail uncovered, prepared the work space to make it safe. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house spotless. There was only one downside. My wife liked their work so much that she left with them. I will miss her.

When they were working they found a safety issue with the wiring, they not only corrected the issue, but they also discussed each step of the process with us. While cleaning up from the work, they left the house cleaner than when they arrived.

I want to give a HUGE thank you to Kathy, Matt, David, and Tom and crew from Advanced Green Home Solutions. This company performed a BGE home energy audit on our house, two weeks ago. They went above and beyond to diagnose and repair a major air leak in one of our two foot bump outs. There was a constant 10-15 degree temperature variance in one of our bedrooms. It was as if a window was constantly open. This past weekend, we had them air seal our entire house, as well as insulate our bump outs on both the front and back of the house and our entire attic. What a difference this has made!! Our house is no longer drafty, and 67 degrees feels VERY cozy in our house, as opposed to 72, that we used to keep our thermostat on. Our heat actually reaches the temp on the thermostat and shuts off because the house maintains a set temperature now. The work crew that performed the work, was utmost professional and took great care to make sure the problematic issues were addressed and repaired. They even worked through 27 degree weather for 12 straight hours, until the job was done. BGE paid $2000 toward the total invoice, so it ended up being VERY affordable out-of-pocket, for all that was done. My husband and I were so amazed by how many air leaks, a home could have. We had major air leaks in all of our recessed lighting, bump outs, and all over our attic (that was sucking warm air from our living areas). I would highly recommend having a BGE home energy audit! So happy to have gone this route!
