Description of Work: The vendor arrived on time and reconditioned our water treatment system (taken out of service 3 years ago) as requested. We had been told in advance that one chemical might need replacing, and that at the time of testing we would be informed whether this was so. I was shown the problem, had the process explained and agreed to the additional step. They were professional, neat and quick.

Description of Work: I am a distance landlord and the staff at Water Doctor were very willing to work with my tenants to arragnge date and time for upgrading the water system My phone conversations with water doctor were always professional as was the service they provided to teh home.  + -1 moreTHIS WAS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY TOOK AWAY ALL OF THE OLD STUFF, THEY LEFT NO MESS. THE SYSTEM WORKS GREAT, AND IS EASY TO TAKE CARE OF. THEY HAVE BEEN OUT ONCE TO CHECK UP ON IT AND AGAIN DID A GREAT JOB EXPLAINING THINGS TO ME AND DID MAINTENANCE THAT WAS NEEDED.
Description of Work: A SALESPERSON CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE AND LOOKED AT THE SYSTEM ALREADY INSTALLED WHICH HAD BROKEN. IT WAS NOT A WATER DOCTOR SYSTEM. HE EXPLAINED OUR OPTIONS TO US, AND WHAT EQUIPMENT THEY RECOMMENDED. TOLD HOW IT WOULD BE INSTALLED, HOW IT WOULD WORK. THEY CAME OUT AND INSTALLED THE EQUIPMENT.
