They gave me a window of 10-12 and showed up almost exactly at 10, they tried to go around the back to the alley, but couldn't fit... then looped to the front and didn't complain. They hauled everything quickly and didn't attempt the up-sell me. The over the phone estimate was actually higher than the the actual cost. That is a first.

AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Service contract through contractor was to provide a 20 cubic dumpster/day to include 2 to 3 pick ups per day. FIRST DAY After first dumpster drop off, upon it being filled, Our contractor requested a pick up but was informed their delivery truck broke down. No explanations, excuses or customer service effort to compensate for the extreme and very costly inconvenience!!! (rented excavator equipment at $500/day had to be extended because of it) No pick ups on first day, whatsoever! Repeated calls by contractor and us ( homeowners) fell on deaf ears. (actual answers to inquiry "no, there´s nothing we can do.") not even an apology! SECOND DAY Even though a pick up was promised for first thing in the morning, no one showed up until 3 PM without any apologies, phone calls, or efforts of compensation!! Only one pick up occured. A later in the afternoon second pick up never happened!! During second delivery of dumpster, the severe impact of dumpster caused damage to our new driveway. THIRD DAY After 3 phone calls and promised call backs, 5hours later, I finally managed to reach customer service representative/supervisor who then blamed their driver´s actions on our contractor. Even after a thorough explanation, representative declined to help in any way and continued to blame our contractor responsible. Although our contractor only acted as informant on where to drop off dumpster to driver (paved driveway) and had nothing to do with the delivery process or dumpster drop off speed/procedure/sloppiness, the company pushes responsibility away from reckless driver and onto contractor. Representative also blames no return phone call on the worlds longest 5 hr meeting. When I finally reach him I instruct him to remove his dumpster from my property and that follow up reviews would reflect his poor customer service skills and that their companies lack of professionalism caused delays, damages and an additional 2 day rental fee ($1000.) Representative invites me to " do whatever I want"

These guys are great. They lost power at their offices and had a truck breakdown but still managed to get our dumpster out to us in a timely manner. Office personnel were pleasant. Dumpster delivery driver was great and apologized for the delay but it was perfect timing as far as I was concerned. It worked perfectly for my schedule.Loved having a dumpster. It helped our remodeling project move more smoothly without all the trips back and forth to the dump. Probably got a bigger dumpster than needed but we were able to discard many other items that needed to be cleared out of garage. Scheduling the pick-up of dumpster was easy and pick-up was convenient.

Appointment was made for Saturday morning at 9 am. Jeff called Friday afternoon. Said he was at my house and requested to take a look at the project to get an idea of what he needed to complete the job. I gave him the okay to enter my yard. Next morning I got to the house at 830 am to meet Jeff by 9. By 915am I called for an ETA. No answer. Left message. No return call. Texted and called again around 945am. No answer. Left another message. Indicated my annoyance in the message. At 10am I sent a text message saying I no longer needed his services. He never called. He stood me up. My neighbor told me he saw a large truck in front of my house at 8am. If he came early, he could have called and I would have said to start the job. So I contacted another company that came out same day and did the job.

By far the best price. Even if you go over their weight limit and have to pay additional fees, they are still cheaper than other companies. They also have good customer service.

They were great to work with. They were prompt and punctual. They came the first time I called. They got the job done quickly. They were very polite and professional.

I called Turbo Haul to pick up old cabinets and flooring that I had pulled out of my kitchen for a recent remodel. They came the very next day and picked up all the materials and hauled them away. The service was great. The guys that came even searched the ground for loose nails and splinters of wood once the large pile was loaded. They worked quickly and carefully. I gave them a B for punctuality because they were supposed to come at 10am, but came at 8am instead. I hadn't yet gotten all the materials out to the street, but because they were early the guys helped me with it anyway. I would recommend them to anyone who has junk they need hauled.

They showed up on time, and their estimate of the amount of truck they would use was accurate. Overall, I would definitely recommend them over all the other junk haulers you see advertised around town. I used 1800-got-junk once and that was a rip-off.

Despite the listing here and on their website, they don't service Northern Virginia.

The job went exactly as planned, I didn't even have to be there. Guys came, opened the garage door and hauled away all of the junk, approximately 25 cubic yards of C&D. They cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't even tell that there had been any junk in that garage. Excellent work.

They were very professional on the phone, set up an appointment for an estimate on that same day, came when they said they would, gave me an estimate that was about 1/3 of what I had been quoted by two other companies, did the work right then, were cheerful and professional, and did more than they had quoted me for.

They are very professional and quick. I highly recommend these guys.

When I called Turbo Haul, I talked to a friendly employee who gave me a price estimate and a time of delivery that would fit in my schedule. They showed up on time on the scheduled day, and dropped the dumpster exactly where I asked them to, in a tight spot. When it came time for pickup, I just called to make the arrangement and again, showed up right on time and took it away. Overall a very pleasant experience, I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

Contacted Turbo Haul early in the morning. They called and arranged same day appointment to provide estimate. They came the next day and hauled everything away. Showed up on time, very professional, had all necessary equipment, and large enough truck. Very responsive. We'll use them again if we ever need this type of service again.
