Description of Work: We had a heat pump service contract with this company for over 10 years. Yearly cost ~$200, which included twice a year PM and cleaning. The heat pump started acting up. They were very prompt with service, fixed the problem quickly, and got us back up and running. There was never a problem with price since the prevent-Plus contract covered everything we needed. We had other problems with the heat pump over the years, and they were always prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

+ -1 moreI HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY SAID I NEEDED A NEW UNIT AND I GOT A SECOND OPINION AND THAT WAS NOT AT ALL THE CASE. IT WAS A 50.00 DOLLAR PROBLEM. THEY REALLY TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME!

+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY WAS GREAT AT GETTING OUT TO OUR HOUSE ON THE SAME DAY WE CALLED, THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, HE FIXED THE PROBLEM IN LESS THAN 15 MIN.
Description of Work: THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT TO LOOK AT OUR FURNACE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT PUTTING OUT HEAT, HE CLEANED THE FLAME SENSOR AND RELIT THE FURNACE UNIT AND IT WORKED FINE AFTER THAT.

+ -1 moreI CALLED 5 CONTRACTORS. 2 SAID THEY WERE TOO BUSY. 2 OTHERS SAID THEY COULD BE HERE IN 3 DAYS. HIS CONTRACTOR CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THEY WERE ON TIME AND FOUND THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. THEY OFFERED ME 3 OPTIONS AND I SELECTED THE QUICKEST AND CHEAPEST REPAIR. ALL IS WORKING FINE NOW.
Description of Work: THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WAS BLOWING HOT AIR. IT IS A HEAT PUMP UNIT FOR THE UPSTAIRS, SEPARATE FROM THE FIRST FLOOR. THE FIRST FLOOR WAS FINE, BUT THE SECOND FLOOR FAN WAS NOT WORKING.
