I had emailed Matt what I wanted and he told me an approximate time of arrival. They came early and I was not home. The crew cut branches I did not want completely cut. I only wanted them clipped to preserve the upper canopy. I asked Matt to call me and he did not call.

We are very happy with the work Prestige did for us. Yes there were scheduling challenges due to the weather but, hey that was the weather. We are pleased with all phases, inspection, walk through, quote, value for work performed, and final cleanup. We would definitely reach out to them again the next time we need similar work done at our home.

From the knowledgeable caring and thorough office staff to the very professional and courteous landscapers that did such a efficient and timely job, there aren't enough words to exprees how great and affordable they were. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent work. The crew arrived on time and first took down a dead tree near our driveway and house. One worker climbed the tree and carefully took off branches and then dropped the tree into the woods. Then they went to work on another tree that had branches reaching out toward our house. All taken down safely and efficiently and they cleaned up when they were done. I'd definitely hire them again.

I used Prestige Tree Experts twice for tree removal in the past few years. My third attempt to use the company was a failure. I requested an estimate for tree trimming through the company's website and a representative came out, completed the walk through of what I wanted to accomplish, and told me an quote would be emailed to me. I never received a quote nor did Prestige Tree Experts respond to either of my follow up questions - a complete failure to communicate!

It went very well. Fast, professional and they did a great job. Came back two days after tree removal and did the stump grinding. I would use them again.

We hired them in the summer and in the winter because of the dead tree they missed the first time. They did a good job of getting the dead trees and limbs out, but they trampled multiple small plants that we had just planted and put their equipment on top of our delicate shrubs, even though we asked them not to. They moved our stones and put them on top of our newly planted herbs, destroying part of the herbs. They did replace one plant after I complained.

Staff at the main office were very easy to deal with. The crew that came out was very thoughtful about how much to trim in order to keep the trees balanced.

Extremely pleased with quality of work, as well as professionalism of owner and crew! After punctual arrival, they quickly cut down a dead tree exceeding 40 feet in height and removed huge branches from gigantic oak tree more than 150 years old. Additional efforts included pruning of same oak tree all at a very reasonable cost.

From the time of cost estimation, to the work being done beyond 5-star, it was fabulous. Don't waste your time with other contractors... We won't...

Tyler and crew showed up right on time. They were professional in taking down my massive tree. Another crew came the next day to grind the stump and roots. Prestige Tree Experts went a step beyond the other competitors - after they ground the stump and roots, they places top soil, seed, etc. I strongly recommend Prestige Tree Experts!

We were very pleased with the entire experience of working with Prestige as an entity and with the individuals with whom we interacted. They offered a very good rate for the work. They appeared promptly as scheduled (actually, early!). The process began with an in-person visit to our property to review what was needed. The person who came out, Shane, was thorough in explaining what was necessary and the options we had. He and the administrative staff person with whom I dealt, Alexis, were patient and thorough in responding to the questions that I emailed to them. The workers who came to do the work were quick, efficient, and thorough. Their post-work cleanup was done to our entire satisfaction.I would definitely recommend Prestige Tree Experts.

They are a hard working crew. They work quickly, safely, and clearly aren't afraid of hard work. Their equipment is first rate and well maintained. They cleaned up after their work and did everything possible to not damage the yard. I have already recommended then to a couple family members and some friends. They definitely have earned a contact in my phone.

I see now why Prestige gets such great reviews. They are awesome! They came a little early and knew exactly what we wanted done. They were friendly and courteous. I could tell that they take much pride in their work. They cleaned up everything to the last fallen leaf! Out of 4 estimates, Prestige was the lowest price. It's a no-brainer. If you want experts to trim your trees, you should choose Prestige!
