All went well.

I was not sure who to call as a new resident and had a somewhat unique problem. Insufficient heat on second level of house especially in one room over garage. Since Clarksville has a sister company in the construction/remodel business I thought attic insulation or plastic ducting there might need to be addressed. CSR Ashley was very knowledgeable, really listened to my problem and then recommended various service call options to best and cost effectively get to the root of the problem. I selected the annual service plan with no pressure and hype to upsell me. Next day Darnelle K. arrived within the 4 hr. window. 30 min before he messaged me his photo and "on the way" text. Upon arrival covered shoes, was very courteous and efficient while getting to my problems and answering all many questions. Bottom line, he fixed my problem with some simple furnace adjustments on stage one of my gas efficiency burner and adjusting some duct baffles. My problem was solved without even going into the attic. He also explained my wireless Carrier Infinity thermostat and did some software updates to get it working better. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future. Honest, knowledgeable, straight forward answers. 100% satisfied!
