Description of Work: never gave me a bid or called me back

Description of Work: Joe and his crew replaced the concrete apron at the end of our driveway. They also replaced our straight, narrow concrete walkway leading from our driveway to our front door with a beautiful, wider, curved flagstone walkway and front stoop. He did a great job of flaring out (widening) the flagstone walkway where it meets the driveway so it is easier for people to get onto the walkway from the driveway. The gentle curve of the walkway was also very well done. The flagstone was installed over a new, poured concrete walkway. Overall it looks great. A year prior to this job we had Alho repair the concrete patio across the back of our house. (Not the subject of this review, but more background) A neighbor had recommended them to us. Our patio is pretty big (12x30), and the half of the patio nearest the house had sunk over the years so that rainwater would flow back against the house. Two other concrete companies took a quick look around and said that I needed to replace the entire patio. Only Joe from Alho took the time to put his 4 foot level down on the patio to assess whether the entire patio was sloped incorrectly or not. He confirmed that only the back half of the patio needed to be replaced (thus cutting the repair bill pretty much in half). He said they would anchor it to the existing patio by drilling holes into the old slab into which they would insert steel rods to join the two slabs.
