Description of Work: I was setting up a new small pond and was not sure what I needed. They were very helpful, first on the phone then in person, giving me ideas and then setting up the initial plants, filter and fish I need. They led me away from more expensive items. Dave was particularly fun and helpful, picking fish and plants and getting them ready for travel. Great location and laid back friendly place with great choice and OK prices.

Technician arrived within designated time frame but did not appear very motivated or prepared. Container brought to hold fish while pond was being cleaned was filthy. Did not spend much time on the job and filter was not cleaned. The pond itself was only partially cleaned. Called to advise job not completed satisfactorily and was advised that cleaning the filter was not part of the original job and would cost additional. I had already paid $500 for a sub-standard cleaning job on the pond. After a bit of back & forth, they finally agreed to come back out to address the filter cleaning at no additional cost. Within a few days, the pond looked almost as dirty as it had before the service. My brother ended up hiring another freelance technician to redo the job with excellent results. My $500 gift literally went down the drain....

The person they sent out at first was a total screw-up. I called to complain and they did a good job to rectify the situation. But, given the major inconvenience to me (had to take off much extra time from work waiting the first 2 times for the guy to show up late - and then a third time for a different guy to fix the situation) -- it would have been nice if they would have given me a slight discount on their work and/or products.... but then, i didn't ask for that.

+ -1 moreTHEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB AND THEY HAVE MANY SERVICES; HOWEVER THEY ARE JUST A LITTLE HIGH PRICED THOUGH. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND THEY REALLY MAKE MY POND LOOK LOVELY.
