Experience was very good.

They are really good and excellent.

Initial contact was positive. I submitted a form and received a phone call where services were described. I was given a two-hour window over a week away, per my request. When the day came, I never heard from them. I waited fifteen minutes after the two-hour window closed and called the office. They looked up the work crew's GPS transponder and said they were seven miles away and coming directly. I was doubtful because the sun was setting. Sure enough, no one came or called. I waited a couple of days and booked a competitor for two weeks away. They came and did the job, and again I never heard a thing from these guys. My work order must have vanished into thin air.

After calling and leaving voicemails, I never heard back. I guess business must be booming for Gutter Werks as they clearly don't want mine.

We were missing a diverter, something that showed up with 5" of rain in two hours. I called Mike on Wednesday and he was able to fit us in the next day (in advance of a weekend of very heavy rain). He came on his way home, almost at 6:00 and not only fixed the problem, but adjusted the gutter and make some recommendations for the future, but with no sales pitch, just pointing a couple of issues out. Would highly recommend!

Contacted Mike after seeing all the favorable ratings on Angie's List. His primary bread and butter appears to be gutter replacement/repair. He was busy so it took a bit of phone tag over a 1-2 week period before he came to clean my gutters. He was on time, professional, and courteous. He got right to it and was done in a short amount of time. Asked him about what a gutter replacement would cost and he gave me a quick estimate without any hassle. I would recommend him for future work.

Mike Hearne and his crew did an excellent job. He was prompt and detailed with the estimate and the work was completed in timely fashion.

They answered the phone. Had someone bid the job within 24 hours. Scheduled service within to be competed in one week and showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the job in just a few hours. Very Happy!

Mike was responsive, provided a detailed quote, and stayed in touch to let me know of weather-related delay of installation. I did not purchase any sort of guard or screening, opting instead for wider down spouts. Work was completed as promised, they even trimmed a few tree branches that were close to gutters. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Mike did a great job cleaning the gutters and performing some minor repairs. He used a hose to make sure the gutters work and everything drains. Very reasonable price and professional. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

We had to replaced a damaged gutter due to one of our trees falling on it. We consulted with Angie's List and decided on Gutter Werks. We contacted them and they came soon afterwards to give us an estimate. We liked their professionalism and the estimate was very reasonable, compared to others we had gotten. We then made an appointment to have them come in and they came in that day, on time and replaced the gutter very promptly. We were very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

The owner came to measure and give an estimate very quickly from my initial request. Although we would have like to given Gutter Works the work, especially for a local company, we decided to go with a superior product that better met our needs.

I called Mike Hearne of Gutter Werks on a Friday and he was able to give me an estimate later that evening. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and seemed to take pride in his work. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and he was more than happy to explain my options, both in terms of labor and materials, and their associated costs. We made arrangements to have the work done the following week and he showed up on time, completed the work, cleaned up after himself, and sent me an invoice that exactly matched his estimate. It was a great experience. In short, you can't go wrong with Gutter Werks.

Mike came out and gave me a estimate. He was very knowledgeable had the most reasonable pricing of the contractors I interviewed. He competed the job with the highest quality materials and cleaned up everything after he was done. I am very happy and would hire him again without hesitation.

Mike came the day after I called to give an estimate. He was prompt and very professional. He was also able to give an estimate before he left and said he would email the final figure that night. Mike was right on with his original estimate. We agreed to the work being done and it was completed a week later. Mike called to let me know they were on the way to the house. When I got home from work we had perfect gutters no sign of any debre from the work. I would highly recommend this company.

Mike H made three major mistakes. One, he stood me up. Two, he was dismissive of my concerns about his doing so. And three--he refused to make it right. Well, you know what happens with 3 strikes… Background: We set an appointment one week ago—plenty of time for him to reset an appointment with me--to come by at a specific time this a.m. to clean my gutters. When he failed to show this morning, I called him. He answered and said, "Oh, I have bigger job in Rockville (next town over) and am delivering materials there today". He went on and said, "Your job is only gutter cleaning and that is not a big job (less money for him?) and I was going to perhaps do them this afternoon". Perhaps? This afternoon and not at the allotted time?? When I reminded him that he made a commitment to me and asked him to honor it, he refused. This is unprofessional for sure, and of course a major inconvenience. I put him at the top of my day because he was my first priority. It’s clear that I was not his. I understand the draw of a larger job because money is important. He could have not only kept that “bigger” customer happy but me too by just picking up the phone and checking to see if both/either of us could be flexible on time. A true professional would know how to deal with such invariable conflicts. It goes with the territory.

Excellent. From start to finish. 40' up is High to be working on an extension ladder. Mr Hearne and his assoc. were efficient, thorough and knowledgable.

I got Mike Hearne's name from Angie's List. I called him on a monday and explained my problem. He assured me that he could resolve it for me and that he could come to my home on either thursday or friday of that same week. I asked if there was any way he could manage a wednesday visit because I would be home all day. He told me that he already had some commitments but he might be able to squeeze me in because the job sounded relatively straightforward to him. He said that he would update me the following day. Mike did call me the next day and said that wednesday afternoon was looking promising. Wednesday early afternoon I received a call from Mike informing me that he was 45 minutes away if that worked with my schedule. He showed up as promised and corrected the problem I had called about and also pointed out and fixed another minor problem and I was unaware of and he also took down a hornets nest that I couldn't reach. I plan to have him clean and inspect my gutters annually. He is polite, professional, punctual and efficient.
