 + -1 moreTHE WORK WAS THOROUGH, TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL AND IMPECCABLE. I GUESS HE'S THE ADJECTIVE CONTRACTOR. JOE MET WITH ME EVERY MORNING AND DISCUUSED WHAT WAS DONE THE DAY BEFORE AND HIS PLANS FOR THAT DAY. I'M CONFINED TO A WHEEL CHAIR FOR AWHILE AND COULDN'T GO DOWN THE STAIRS TO WATCH HIM WORK AND SEE THE PROGRESS. HE EVEN BROUGHT ME PICTURES ON OCCASION. THE WORK IN THE KITCHEN WAS DONE AS WELL AS THE BASEMENT.
Description of Work: WE HAD FLOOD DAMAGE. HE REMOVED ALL DAMAGED MATERIAL AND INSTALLED NEW CARPET IN OUR BASEMENT AND OFICE. NOW, THE IMPRESSIVE PART WAS, KNOWING THIS WAS FLOOD DAMAGE, HE PULLED BASEBOARDS AND WAINSCOTTING AND FOUND MOLD AND FOUNDATION CRACKING. HE WAS ABLE TO DO THIS WORK AND TOOK CRE OF EVERYTHING. HE WAS HERE FOR ALMOST A MONTH TAKING CARE OF MY BASEMENT, AND TILING MY KITCHEN FLOOR, AND REPLACING MY PATIO DOOR.
