Dan's military background provides the perfect meticulous, detailed eye for home inspection. He is on time, friendly, and welcomes a second pair of eyes. My father joined him for the inspection to help, and to learn what to look for when he sells his own home! Dan was conversational, yet quite serious about his task. He was thorough and frank - exactly what you want when considering a home purchase. I would hire him again any day!
