I paid $22 a gallon. It took one gallon to do the blue and one gallon to do the yellow. I always use them.

They came early and were fast, clean, polite and did a great job. Our floors are beautiful and it was a very positive experience.

Lowes called the night before delivery, the morning of delivery and also called when they were within 30 minutes of arrival. Very courteous and professional staff.

The service was ok. There were just a few minor mistakes here and there. They were little bit on the slow side. Other than that they did a pretty decent job. There were a couple of things that I had them comeback and correct where I had chipped tiles. They installed chipped tiles in the region. Also on the plus side they were able to help me out with something's that eventually weren't a part. They said they wouldn't remove linoleum but they were agreeable to removing linoleum from one spot that I didn't get under the existing floor. On price, I don't really have anything to compare it to. I have seen a lot more expensive things even though I didn't do a lot of comparison. I don't recall them showing up late; there were just a couple of times but nothing major.

It took a while to get the job done. The sub contractor that they hired wasn't punctual. He did the job on his terms and his time. It took him three different days to get the whole job done and it should have been done in one day. They did our front and back doors and that was excellent job. That gentleman was on time and punctual and he saved me a lot of money because the other company told me I need have a whole special frame ordered for front doors but he said he can frame it out. I didn't know there was no insulation under the board in front of the house and he gave me time to go over there and get the insulation. The door bell wasn't working so he picked that up. That was a good experience but not the windows. I had to miss two days of work to be here for that guy. So I had a good and bad experience with them.

The best money I ever spent. My kitchen could not be any better, functional and beautiful. Minor remodel to adjacent rooms also a great success.

We went to Lowe's to inquire about Pella sliding doors. We wanted pricing information as well as product information. The gentleman that we spoke with knew very little about these doors and their various features. It was frustrating because it was the second Lowe's that we visited, and the first was equally in the dark regarding the products. We're not talking about $200 storm doors. We are dealing with doors that cost in the area of about $5,000 each before installation. And the whole experience was frustrating. We did end up getting an estimate and signing a contract directly with Pella. While their price was higher, we had a wonderful experience and feel confident that we made an informed choice regarding the products we selected. I'll rate the Pella installers after our new doors are installed. Lowe's employees simply do not have the expertise required for a consumer to make an informed decision about an expensive purchase.

We were so disappointed with the service we received. The representative came to the house to find out what services we needed. He was very friendly and professional. He measured my windows and wrote down that we were to have Pella replacement windows installed. He stated the actually contractor would come out to do the exact measuring, his measurements were for price only. The price was great. (Side note - we were also having a new sliding glass door replaced) We were told that that install would take place by May 23. Needless to say the work was not completed on time due to the fact the sliding glass door was back-ordered. When it finally came in the contractor gave us an install date July 16th. I called Lowed and told them that this was unacceptable. They had a different contractor come out to do the work on July 1st. He installed my door with no problem. But he said that the windows that were ordered were the wrong size. He stated he was going back to the store to order the correct windows. The representative also came to my home to apologize and stated that the original contractor would no longer be working for Lowes. On July 11th I called to find out if my new windows were in yet and the representative told me that they were going ot have the original contractor come back out to finish the work that they ordered new construction windows and not replacement windows. This was better for us but they would be making the hole in my home larger to fit the windows. I told him no, I wanted the second installer an the replacement windows that they told me they were going to order. Well, come to find out they NEVER ordered the correct windows. They assumed they would talk me into allowing them to put in the new construction windows and do all this additional work that was unnecessary. On July 15th I went into Lowes and they gave me a full refund for my windows. I will NEVER use Lowes again as a contractor. In the beginning they were very professional but they when they screwed up they turned very unprofessional. Took a long time to return phone calls and lied.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased for $5 on a $20 gift card. I didn't have any problem at all, I just handed them the card, and whatever wasn't good for the card, I just handed in my other card to do the difference and we were fine. A guy helped me in with the car with all the dirt, he put the tomato plants in my back floor and I was off. The price was not bad at all. I've never had troubles with quality there. For their responsiveness, I would find somebody and if I can't find anybody I go to the front desk and I ask where something is and I find it. I use them all the time.

Overall I was very impressed with the variety and price of the plants and potting soil. It is great to have a Lowe's near us.

I had 4 companies give me estimates and Lowe's had the best selection and best price. They were here when they said they would be. They were working within 5 minutes of getting here and had the hardwood floors finished in 5 hours. The next day the carpet people came out and I am so happy and impressed. Their work was excellant, excellant, excellant!

We went with Lowes on the garage windows becasue the price was right. We paid the whole price up front since it was Lowes. They contracted out and we had to wait several weeks to get a call about the windows. The day before the job was to be done the contractor called and said he had car trouble and pushed the job back another couple of weeks. The second time he was to come by around 10:00 AM He called around 10:30 and said he was having more truck problems and would be there around 12:00 At 12:45 he showed up and worked until approx 3:00 and said he would have to come back to finish. He would be back in three days. When he didn't show after a week we tried to call him. After no returned call we called Lowes. The contractor called back and apologized said he would be there in a couple of days. He did show but worked for a while and had to come back later that day.While the contractor was very friendly I think he took advantange of our time. I will not have Lowes do any more jobs unless we can pick the contractor. We did have doors installed by Lowes and the job was handled very well

We have them delivered. They showed up on time with the delivery. They were very helpful.

I would rate them highly.

The experience was excellent. The place is very clean, everyone is very helpful, there is always someone around and they have better price and selection than other home improvement stores. I will continue to buy my home improvement stuff there in the future.

I purchased a new faucet from Lowe's on a Wednesday and the plumber was here to install it Friday. He called ahead and said he was on the way. He did an excellent job which took about 1 hour. He also was very polite and cleaned up afterwards.

Lowe's is the "new kid on the block" with Home Depot being well established in Harford County. They have done an excellent job of making the store inviting, open, and well stocked. Their tile selection is excellent, many more choices than their competition. We have found better selection in many areas of the store. Staff is friendly and we didn't have to wait at all to be checked out. I highly recommend Lowe's for your home improvement needs.
