Description of Work: I had new counter tops and flooring placed in my hours. Overall the level of responsiveness and customer support with this store throughout the process was TERRIBLE. I paid more than other quotes to have the backing of a big box and that was my biggest mistake. Their install team is rude and do not communicate amongst themselves. You don't know how many times I had to tell them the same thing over and over because no one wrote any of my requests down. The Store Manager is completely unhelpful and antagonizing. They make you pay for everything up front and then have you by the b . Every one of their installers work M-F 9-5 and do not have any flexibility. They do shotty work--when they ripped out my old counter top they took part of the wall with them and did nothing to fix it. I will never use them again.
