Excellent. Marc and his team (Joe and Thomas) were fantastic. Not only through the terrific work, but also their ease of doing business, keeping me updated, helping with changes/suggestions along the way, and making it an overall great experience. Our existing deck was unsafe and poorly built and they were able to safely remove and rebuild so it is rock solid. I would highly recommend Homecraft to anyone considering a deck project.

The did an excellent job. They started on a Wednesday and finished on a Tuesday, but there was a delay due to bad weather. If it hadn't rained for 3 of those first 4 work days, it would have been done sooner. I worked with Jeff. He was easy to work with and it was very evident that he clearly knew what needed to be done when he came out for the estimate. I would definitely use Homecraft builders again.

The team at Homecraft Builders truly built us an amazing deck. Their attention to detail was top notch and the end result was great! Marc was super easy to work and communicate with - he explained the process the whole way through. The deck itself is a stunner - so many of the neighbors have commented on it. We interviewed 3 deck companies before landing with Homecraft Builders and I'm so glad we did! They are the best!

From the first meeting with Jeff for an estimate, to job completion, everything went as he explained. Once we committed to the job, Jeff did the rest. He navigated the building permit process and was very easy to work with. This deck was for our elderly mother and Jeff showed care that she would love the end product or it wasn't worth doing. She's very happy with her new deck. That tells it all.

It went extremely well from the acquiring of the permit (which was a chore) to the completion of the deck. Marc and his team were professional from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them. They were meticulous. They also replaced some gutters for us. Marc went above and beyond professionalism when we first met in giving us details about our deck purchase. He answered all our questions and showed us samples and examples of his work.

We had Homecraft Builders put a 16 x 32 Trex deck on the back of our home. They did a Fantastic job and I highly recommend this company. (I have no idea why my photo is upside down, the deck is upright)

Jeff was great to work with. He was the only contractor that was on time while I was gathering quotes. His team was here everyday to work on the job and they finished ahead of schedule. He communicated with me throughout the job and sent pictures of the progress while i was at work. i am very pleased with the work that they did.

Jeff was able to fit us in less than 2 weeks after we decided to go with Homecraft. The job was done professionally and in about a week. Very happy with the responsiveness of Jeff and the ease of the process. Would definitely use Homecraft again.

Jeff of Homecraft Builders came to our house and gave us a very fair estimate. Jeff and his team removed the old structures and put in one gorgeous deck!! Oh my goodness, it is so pretty. This deck is going to be our new "outdoor living room." The deck is white with sturdy wide stairs and has grey trek material to walk on. No more splinters! The white deck looks so sharp and certainly increases the value of the home. The deck is exactly what I wanted. I was fortunate to find this company as my neighbor used them as well. I could not be more pleased with the whole process -- from sitting down to talk options, looking at past work the contractor did, discussing price and feasibility, etc. This contractor even went above and beyond to help me since I could not locate my original plat for the property. I would definitely contact this company again if I needed another platform or if a family member or friend asked for a referral for a contractor. Definitely feel that this contractor exceeded my expectations and I feel that the price was a very good value!! This deck has made my home complete!! Can't wait to leave the office and go sit on it!

Jeff and his crew were very professional. When Jeff came for the quote, he really listened to what I wanted. Jeff provided the best and cheapest quote. Due to rain, Jeff's crew came on the weekend to work - this was no problem since he asked me first. The deck came out great and very happy with the work performed. After final payment, Jeff did me a great favor by helping me move my grill on the new deck. Recommend=YES.

Renovated an existing deck from pressure treated wood to a composite decking material. Jeff and his crew did a great job. Jeff took the time to evaluate the quality of the existing deck framing and made upgrades to the structure to ensure stability and longevity of the deck. He went above and beyond ensuring we had a safe structure and a quality overall product at a fair price. I highly recommend!!

It was easy and professional from beginning to end. Jeff came when he said to do the estimate. They started work as soon as they had the permit. Steve and Doug worked through brutal heat and almost constant rain to remove the old deck and put up the new. Mark kept me informed along the way and was responsive to all my questions. The team was very accommodating when I asked for some adjustments. This was the lowest bid I received for the work and I can't say enough about the professionalism, work ethic, pleasantness and even kindness of the company.

Homecraft builders put on a 29ft by 16ft deck with vinyl wrapped lumber footings. The process went very smoothly. Their quality was great and were the best in cost too. Jeff was very helpful in walking us through the process and answering all the questions we had. The building of the deck was on time with their estimate time to build. We have referred them to other people for quotes for their decks too. Overall we enjoyed the process with them and are happy to be enjoying our new deck. Zdx

Everyone was friendly, pleasant, and professional. The deck turned out nicer than I imagined. Highly recommend!!!

I hired Homecraft Builders to build a 16' x 22' custom deck. I interviewed and researched 5 other contractors and Homecraft Builders was definitely to best choice. Jeff spent time explaining the project. He had pictures of not only the finished project, but the underside of the decks showing the quality of the framing. We had it built so we could add a screened in room at a latter date. This is the most solid deck I have ever seen (including the 2 decks I built myself)! You could park a truck on it. The job was completed on April 10 and it only took them one week to complete. We had one minor miscommunication at the end of the project. They accidentally damaged some corner molding on the house. They were suppose to come back in a couple of weeks but it took a couple of months and few emails. Jeff thought his partner took care of it. The molding is replaced and the deck is great. I would definitely use Homecraft Builders for any future projects.

Homecraft was great to work with. The project got delayed a little because of mother nature but once the building begin, they were done in 4 days total. Very happy with the quality of work and the communication from the company. What they told us at the consultation is what happened and it was perfect.

Jeff and his team were great and we would highly recommend Homecraft Builders. We were in the process of getting ready to move and needed the deck done before going on the market. Jeff was able to move us up on their schedule almost a month a head of the original projected start date, which was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend Homecraft Builders Inc.! I couldn’t have picked a better contractor for my project. Everything went smoothly, from the pre-consultation to the completin of the project. Jeff listened to my ideas and gave me his expert advise about making my ideas a reality and staying within my budget! He explained all steps involved in the planning process such as obtaining approval through my HOA, getting a site survey done and obtaining a county permit for the project. Communications were excellent, the price was very affortable and the quality of the product is outstanding. Plans for inviting family and friends over for some fun and relaxing time on our beautiful big deck have been made…A HUGE thank you goes out to Jeff and company for bringing so much joy to my summer!!
