Description of Work: Great job, would use again. Was willing to come out for a small job (install garbage disposal & new toilet).

Description of Work: I had a leaking main valve in the water supply of my house. I called Cobra Plumbing services Monday morning and in just two rings the plumber picked up. He was very pleasant and courteous as I explained my problem and asked if he could repair the leaking main water valve. He immediately said that was an easy fix if I cared to do it myself. I agreed since I tackle many household repairs my self. So he proceeded to explain in careful detail what I needed to do. It was nothing more than tightening a nut on the valve. I was able to easily effect the repair in a couple of minutes and sure enough no more leak! Now I call that an honest main with integrity when he certainly could have used my ignorance to come out and charge a fee for the visit and service. So even though I didn't need a service call that time I surely will use Cobra Plumbing when I really need plumbing service. The reason I called Cobra Plumbing in the first place was not only their 'A' rating but I also read all the many reviews left by other customers and I was favorably impressed. If I had called one of the large plumbing companies, no doubt I would have only been able to talk with an office person who would have only been able to set up an appointment and send a service technician. However, being able to talk directly with someone who knew plumbing, I was able to save them a trip and me a bill. Cudoes to Cobra Plumbing and they can be sure that when i need plumbing service they will be the first on my list to call.

Description of Work: Cobra repaired a leaky hose bid at our home. They were punctual, and performed the service for a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Replace bathroom faucet, toilet, single lever shower faucet, valve and shower head, replaced pressure valve on well, removed sediment filter that I broke. |Earnie arrived at the time he stated, completed all work including the sediment filter that I sprung on him when he arrived. The next day I had a question and texted him and he responded promptly. His pricing was competitive with other quotes and he did not charge me for fixing my mistake (breaking the filter). I intend to use him again.

Description of Work: I scheduled to have a pipe repaired and was told that someone would be out 11:30 a.m. on April 30, 2015. The morning of the appointment, they called and canceled. Luckily I was able to get someone else to come that day. They did great work and cost a lot less.

Description of Work: HAD TO HAVE POLYBUTYLENE PIPE REPLACED ON OUTSIDE OF HOUSE. THEY WORKED VERY HARD AND DID A GOOD JOB. WITH OTHER SMALL PLUMBING JOBS ERNIE IS ALWAYS RESPONSIVE.

Description of Work: HOT WATER HEATER WAS TURNING COLD TOO QUICKLY. TOP AND BOTTOM HEATING ELEMENTS WERE CHECKED. BOTTOM ELEMENT WAS REPLACED.
