I got them through Angie's List. They were very friendly. They worked very quickly and were very affordable too.

I spilled my parafin bath for my hands all over the kitchen counter, floor and in the sink. I got most of it cleaned up, but did not realized that there was so much parafin in the disposal that it caused the disposal the freeze. He cleared the wax and got the disposal to work properly. The outside frost proof outside hose bibb was spraying water everywhere because it froze during the winter. He gave me two options: 1 - Replace the hose bibb at a big cost, 2- Repair it was much as possible at a more reasonable cost. I chose the latter option and it now works with some water coming out of the top when I use the hose, but not the gallons that was coming out before he did the repair. I will have him back to do the replacement once I have saved the money for the job. He was on time and was neat in his work, which I appreciated. I will call him again.

I was happy that he immediately gave me a date for the service call thus giving me time to plan the day. His immediate call ran over time and he called to tell me he would be getting there at a later time. I appreciated this and now I could plan for the later time. He came in prepared and went right to work. He checked everything and I was pleased with everything.

Ernie was extremely pleasant and we were very pleased with his workmanship. He was fair and I woujld highly recommend him. His cojmpany was located about an hour and a half away from me but he said that was not a problem and would be out the next day. He showed up on time.

It went very well. Ernie was called from a Craigslist search after another plumbing company had worked trying to unclog the pipe. They eventually could not, and had recommended we cut through our tin kitchen ceiling to replace the blockage. Ernie seemed pretty optimistic that he could fix the issue. He arrived early to his appointment time the next day, looked at what he was working with, came back with a machine, and the issue was fixed and he was gone within 20 minutes. Simple, easy, quick, and fixed.

Ernie arrived on time as promised. He assessed the problem and went to work straight away. He explained what he did and how the problem occurred. He was here about an hour. He was polite and I recommend him to all who may need a plumber. I will call him again as the need arises.

The drain was cleaned, the faucet replaced and the hot water temperature adjusted. One thing I especially appreciated was that they made sure to tell me that I could get some faucet parts for free by contacting the faucet manufacturer. Also, they did a great job of cleaning up and removing all replaced hardware. On top of this they were nice guys who made sure to make friends with my dog.

Everything went just fine. Ernie does good work and he is very fair. He is now our plumber!

It turned out very well. We were very pleased. He was here within a day as far as the back up was concerned. He gave us an estimate on the other and did a very nice job.

The guys identified a couple of issues of which I was unaware. First, my sump pump had stopped working and all of the water was being flushed out into the drain field next to my house foundation. (It doesn't take a plumbing expert to know that this is a very bad thing.) Well, one sump pump later and everything is as it should be. Second, I did not need an acid neutralizer when I built the house, but the water has changed over the years. I actually had a leak in one of my bathroom faucets that was causing by the acid in the water eating through the base of the faucet. So, the purchase of an acid neutralizer seemed appropriate. Hopefully, it will be in time to prevent other problems. On a related note - the guys were a complete pleasure with which to work. They were knowledgeable and friendly - and didn't seem at all annoyed by my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

They came out because I had a leak comming from my water main. When they got there he thouroughly inspected the water main and told us that the leak was comming from the water meter that Harford County had put on. He told us he would love to take our money but I should just call Harford County to come out and take a look. He was very professional and honest. I will defenitly use them the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I had a water leak develop shortly after a new dishwasher was installed. Unfortunately, I had noticed the issue due to the water coming through the ceiling of the basement (unfinished). I called Cobra Plumbing and was given an appointment for the next day as I was able to just shut off the hot water line and it was not really an emergency at that point. Ernie showed up right on time and first tried to fix the issue by tightening the work the dishwasher installer had done, but unfortunately this did not resolve the issue. I appreciated the attempt to save money, however. Next Ernie tried just replacing the existing shut-off valve as that was the point of the leak. We ran into an additional problem with that as the original install had damaged the copper line and there was not enough length left to install another valve. At this point, Ernie extended the existing line and since we already had another shut-off valve, he installed a separate connection for the dishwasher line, as well as replacing the plastic line running to the sink with a braided line. (I had mentioned having a rough time when we had installed the new dishwasher, so now there was very easy way to shut-off just that connection and also a separate point of attachment in case the dishwasher was replaced again in the future.) All in all, the price was less than I had expected to just fix the water leak, and I had a convenient and isolated line for the dishwasher added, and a reinforced new line to the kitchen sink as well. At each step Ernie tried to save additional money and time, but finished quicker than I had estimated for only the initial problem. As always, he was very friendly and professional and remains my first call for any plumbing issues.

Ernie and his helper were right on time, very professional and went right to work. They were very accomodating when I got sick and had to reschedule. Ernie got the job done in time and was very good at what he does. I would hire him again and recommened him.

We're having a new patio in, and we've been having some trouble with drain back-ups, so we needed to replace our septic line to avoid patio destruction in the future. Ernie gave me a great rate (beat the heck out of roto-rooter), removed the old patio above the line, replaced the line, and added above-ground access points for if future problems arise. Apparently I was having problems because I was essentially flushing uphill; the drain had no fall. Ernie corrected this by lowering the entrance to my septic tank a few inches.

Ernie from Cobra Plumbing repaired a water leak under the bathroom sink by replaciing the hot water feed line. He did an excellent job and was extremely professional. He even gave some insight for an upcoming bathroom remodeling project. I would recommend Ernie from Cobra Plumbing and will definately call him for future plumbing concerns.

Great! Ernie was very friendly on the phone, and agreed to beat a competitor's price. He arrived 15 minutes early at my home, was very clean, professional, and courteous. He had the old water heater out and the new one in just over an hour - very fast and efficient! He was very reliable and honest. I would certainly hire him again for any future plumbing jobs!!

They were very good in their job. He couldn?t come on time for the job as I wanted, but, he called and kept me informed that he will be there at a particular time and was there for the same. I chose to use his services as he had great reviews online. He was expensive in comparison to the others, but his services were worth the money. He came in on time and finished the work quickly. I like his services and will use the same in future.

Cobra originally saved me big bucks by advising me not to replace my main sewer line as suggested by another contractor. Although they could have made a quick profit by replacing the line, their honesty and integrity led me to call them when I had a broken water main. My broken mainline ran 140' from the foot of my driveway, under the driveway, and up through my slab foundation. Cobra came quickly for an estimate and informed me that it is far easier (and cheaper) to run a new line than dig up the old one to find and repair the leak. There was some indication that the leak was under the driveway. Cobra used their trenchless pipe replacement system in what amounted to be a very tough job! They quoted a price for the entire job and that was EXACTLY what I paid. They took care of excavating where necessary and backfilled adequately WITHOUT BREAKING THE DRIVEWAY! They explained every step of the way what was done. They guaranteed their labor 10 years! They were punctual, professional, courteous, and competitively priced. I would use them again for any future plumbing job. They also brought my house up to current code where the main line enters the water system.

I contacted Ernie to get a quote on replacing my garbage disposal and was able to set up an appointment at a time and date convenient to my schedule. Ernie was true to his word. He came at the appointed date and time and went right to work. When I mentioned a problem I was having with my kitchen faucet, he was able to correct it at no extra charge. I will definitely contact him whenever I have a plumbing project to be done.

After I explained the problem, he offered me an appointment for the following morning (Saturday). When he arrived on Saturday, Mr. Taylor provided me with a verbal estimate, which I agreed to. He proceeded to repair the sink leak and replace the faucet quickly and efficiently. He removed his wet shoes each time re-entered my home and cleaned up after himself when the job was completed. I had an Angie's List booklet coupon for 10 percent off the labor. Mr. Taylor not only honored the coupon, he told me to keep it for future use. Mr. Taylor is very professional/conscientious about his work, and he has an easy, personable way about him. I am very pleased. Ernie works very efficiently. He is punctual and takes his time to explain every task in detail. His estimates were very reasonable and he completed the work in a timely fashion. I was quite impressed.

The powder room toilet would not stop running. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Ernie came out, immediately assessed the problem and made the necessary repairs. He was very courteous and professional taking care to wipe up any water drops from my hardword floors.
