ment to cI received my water bill from the city which indicated a massive leak somewhere on my property. I called Cobra and they made an appointment to come out the next day. Early the next morning I called and asked if we could have a new toilet put in at the same time. Cobra said it was no problem. later that morning they called and asked if they could arrive about 90 minutes earlier than planned. That was fine wth me. They got there and found no "silent" leak in the toilet. They replaced the old toilet with the new toilet and then took a tour of my plumbing. Their inspection showed no leaks on my property. All this was done in less than an hour. At this point, I am just pleased as punch with the service and the quality of the new fixture.ok) One thing...Angie's on line said Cobra does not service my area (near JHU Homewood). I called anyhow and they said they do work within the city limits.

Ernie was very responsive. The job was done within a week of my initial call. He was punctual, professional, efficient, and kept to his estimate even though he encountered some obstacles. The hardware looks and works great and I would definitely use Cobra Plumbing again.

We had a leak coming from the master bathroom into the kitchen and found Cobra Plumbing on Angie's List. Ernie was punctual, helpful, professional, quick and clean. He was especially patient while explaining the problem and solution to me - I really had no understanding of the plumbing system. We're looking forward to using Cobra Plumbing for our next project.

We had an emergency plumbing issue whereby the water line to the street was blocked. This impacted everything, from toilets to showers to the wash machine. We had a major mess on our hands and anytime we ran water it was running into the basement, semi-flood type situation. Ernie came out the same day I called, quickly assessed the issue, and resolved it the same day. Basically he had to unblock the main water line that goes from the house to the street. He also suggested that based on the nature of the water pipe blockage I contact Harford County Public Works to come and clean the pipe from the street into the house. He was great, and I appreciate his assistance and expertise at quickly diagnosing the problem and fixing it. I will use Cobra Plumbing again

Ernie was very friendly was flexible with my schedule. It was clear that my main sewer line was clogged, so they snaked it to get through some roots that had grown in the pipe. They were fast and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

After being recommended by my realtor, I called Ernie. He was able to give me a good estimate over the phone. I thought his price seemed very fair and made an appointment for him to come out the following week. He was not able to make it at the exact time given but he did call and arrange to come later in the day. He worked very quickly. I would recommend him to others.

I was having problem with water pressure. I am on a well. Several plumbers I talked to recommended a pressure booster, which was much more expensive then this job. When I spoke to Ernie, he recommended replacing the old well tank. He was positive that would take care of the problem. He was able to come out the day after Christmas which was perfect since I was home. He performed the job quickly. Sure enough, I have had no problems with water pressure since the new tank.

Very prompt. cleaned sewer line. Also gave estimate for other work. Professional only suggestion would be if they would wear plumbers booties. rugs a little messy., but both employees were very helpful.

We obtained Ernie's contact information from an ad in Angies' List magazine. He promptly returned our call after we left a message and set up a service appointment for two business days later. We needed a new sump pump installed after our old one was destroyed by flooding in the aftermath of Tropical Storm Lee and a prolonged power outage. Ernie arrived as scheduled with all the equipment required to do the installation. He performed the job thoroughly and efficiently, adding sealant around the pipe exit which we had not previously had. Although we had not previously mentioned the problem, at our request he also examined a bathroom sink, corrected a leaking connection and advised on repair/replacement which we will also have him do. The cost of his service was actually $75 less than quoted over the phone and, in addition,we received a $25 Angies' List discount. He didn't charge for the examination of the bathroom sink.

I called the plumber to set up an appointment. He said he was busy at that moment (which I understood) and would call me back. To this day, he has never called me back. I used the services of another plumber who did respond, and I was very pleased with that other plumber.

Ernie arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. I showed him the shower and asked questions concerning the tile. He took the time to explain the process in terms that were understandable. He explained that the diverter was accessed from behind the shower. In this case through a walk in closet wall. The problem here was a dripping shower head. I had taken apart all I could and adjusted/checked to best of my ability. Ernie wanted to check the current part before doing any work. If possible and an adjustment could be made "I could save you a lot of money!" he said. I did appreciate the effort however the part needed to be replaced as I suspected. My wife moved a good portion of her clothes out of the closet for him to work. A hole was cut in the dry wall and the diverter was replaced with the part I supplied. I just purchased the exact same make/model as we desired no change in style. After installation, he vacuumed up and cleaned up everything however the hole was left in the wall. I may try to patch it with a piece of drywall later, but in a closet, it's not a big deal and if/when more service is needed for that shower, access is already there. All in all a good experience and we're very satisfied.

Ernie arrived right on time and snaked out an exterior drain. The drain now runs pretty well as it looks like ht edrain pipe is broken it dies not work perfectly, but that repair was beyond what Ernie could do. Overall good experience.

The night of the hurricane my electricity went out which meant my sump pump couldn't work. I baled water all night long. I decided I wanted to replace my ancient sump pump and have the kind of backup that uses the municpal water for power. I called Ernie and made an appointment for him to come. He arrived promptly on the day and time that he said. He quoted me a price of $1200. With a forecast of several days of rain, I decided not to get any other quotes and go with him. For the amount of work, it seemed fair to me. He had to attach pipes that connected to the house's water line.His work was extremely neat and clean, no mess to clean up afterwards. I would use him again.

We called Ernie last night when we found our sump pump inoperative. With the storm approaching today we were very concerned when we discoved standing water in the pump hole. Ernie answered on the first call, had several other sump pump customers he was seeing today (SATURDAY!) and came when expected to fix the pump. He did a great job and also fixed a leaky faucet at no charge. This is a contractor you can count on for good service, a fair price who goes above an beyond. No extra charge for a Saturday call, either

Ernie did a great job! He is very professional and knowledgable. He was easy to contact by phone. This was not the case with some of the other plumbers. We finally have found a dependable and reasonably-priced plumber. We give him our highest recommendation.

He came in and gave a quote. He came back 3 days later and installed. Everything was fine.

Slow draining kitchen sink for a week. Tried to open ourselves, called couple plumbing companies but could not come for a couple days. Tried Angies List for a local plumber with good reviews, called and he did give us estimate over phone.

The disposal in my kitchen was leaking and had stopped working all together. I found Cobra Plumbing Services in the Angie's List magazine along with a discount coupon. I called on a Sunday afternoon and Ernie Taylor from Cobra Plumbing returned my call within 20 minutes. Since it was a non-emergency call we schedule an appointment for Wednesday. Mr. Taylor was punctual and very polite when he arrived at my house. He was very nice to my dogs when they greeted him at the door. Mr. Taylor installed a new garbage disposal in under 45 minutes. He was professional and kept everything clean. The total cost ran to about $300, including labor and the new disposal. If I had used the lower quality disposal I'd previously purchased the installation cost would have been $185. But, I decided to go with a higher grade disposal and will return the other one. Either way, the total cost would only have varied by about $20. I would recommend Cobra Plumbing services to friends and would use their services again myself.
