They also did few extra things while they were there. They check out the pluming line to the house and they added a few items from our plumbing extra charge. They had reasonable price, did a great job and they checked out my plumbing to make sure it looks good.

They assessed the situation and then gave me a cost estimate for each job before beginning any work. It was no problem to fix the leaky faucet, even though I did not mention it was I called for the appointment. They were very professional and thorough. They were very friendly and nice to deal with from beginning to end.

Ernie responded to our need to replace our well system pressure tank the same morning that we called. His work was completed in a very timely and professional manner.

The shower was leaking a lot so he came to the house and got the leak stopped but had to order special parts for the retrofit to fix it correctly because the current equipment was actually installed upside down with no shut off values and not up to code. While he was there I also asked him if when he returned with the parts, could he fix a running toilet and a couple of copper pipes that were corroded. He said he could do that with no problem. He came back very timely and we set an appointment ahead of time to my convenience and he arrived at the agreed upon time. The shower retrofit was a great deal of work but it was a great installation job. For the replacement of the copper pipes he actually did further than I had requested because the value was not in very good shape so he went back past that value and replaced that too with no additional cost so that it was done correctly. He didn't cut any corners. He also replaced the value and flapper in the toilet but had to order a special handle directly from Kohler because it was broken but he had all the parts and completed all the work during his almost 3 hour repair. I will definately use him again for all my plumbing repairs. I was very happy with the service and pricing.

It went great. He was on time and helpful for us. He has completed other work for us and I would recommend COBRA to any person.

Expected it to be an all day job, but they were done by 2:30. Everything is cleaned up and organized. And i've been promised plenty of hot water without fluctuation or a soda ash taste. Hopefully we won't have any other plumbing needs for awhile. But if we do, we will be calling Cobra again. And I never give an A on price; just hate to spend the money. But I did call some other A graded plumbing services to get estimates over the phone. Ernie's price was spot on. And several of the plumbers do not do well systems, i.e. neutralizer and softener. So Cobra was easy since they could do it all.

Will continue to use Cobra. I do not like the pricing for any services, be it plumber, electrician or handyman,. But Cobra's prices seem to be the same as other plumbers. His response time is excellent. He is also aware that customers spend a great deal of money on home repairs and tries to be fair.

It was fast and performed to code. Had my water back in one hour. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I found Cobra on Angie's List. The reviews were great. I liked what I read and gave him a call. He was responsive by phone and by email (which I love!). I provided a list of items that I wanted him to look at for repair / replacement / estimate. He did just that. He did not charge for coming to the house. He charged for parts and his service. He did a clean job, was professional and eager to offer suggestions (NO sales pitches at all). He did replace a garbage disposal and fixed a toilet. I really liked that he provided great suggestions for my tub fixtures. I will absolutely use him again.

Came out on short notice to stop a leaking pipe. Took care of it in less than 30 min and offered a very competitive quote on two other items that we need to tak care of in the near future. Great guy and an excellent choice for a plumber

Although Ernie Taylor was booked for the next 4 days he saw my problem was in need of service ASAP and did take the time to refer me to a company that could handle it. That company made time to fit me in that day and I am very thankful! Thank you for puting the needs of the customer before profit.

Cobra plumbing sevices arrived on time the day after Sandy swept through MD. The job was a simple one, and they were in and out in about an hour. While there they also pointed out that I needed to add calcite to my system and showed me how to do this. I will definately use Cobra plumbing services for future plumbing needs.

The job went much better than I thought it would. Ernie responded to my non-urgent inquiry for service within a few hours (no pipe leaking when I inquired). He looked at the job, gave me a prompt, fair estimate within one day, scheduled the work within three days, and completed all work within three hours. He did a terrific job, and I couldn't be more pleased over a job that I had dreaded and kept putting off. He made it quick, easy, afforable, and of high quality.

Cobra Plumbing drove across town to do the work. When he arrived and surveyed the situation, he realized that I had purchased the wrong part for the job. He was nice as can be and did not charge for his time or gas. I would definitely call him again.

We were very impressed with Cobra Plumbing. The estimate to replace a ruptured water line at our home was extremely reasonable, the work was done professionally and performed in a very timely manner. The owner included some additional services at no cost to us to ensure the job was completed properly. The Cobra team was extremely professional and very easy to work with. We plan on using their services for additonal jobs needed around the house and we highly recommend them to others. If we could give them an A+ rating we would.

I am a returning customer who was willing to give this vendor another job to replace/install my water heater. He did a nice job when I needed my water line replaced, so I was very surprised to hear such a rude response when I didn't know what material the ventilation pipe was for the existing water heater, and he was not willing to go over the options on what type of water heater he installs. Apparently, he did not want to be bothered on his vacation--he hung up on me. Never again will I call this vendor. Customer Note: Vendor's response is not accurate. He did indeed hang up on me, and of course I know I have a gas heater, I just did not know what material the outflow pipe was (PVC or aluminum). I was not seeking an exact price--just wanted to know what options he had available in terms of products--this is a very reasonable request! Hint to Ernie: don't blame your customers, especially when they want to give you work. If you cannot talk or are in the middle of something else, please just let them know you can call them back. I know this review is an exception to the other glowing reports, so I will chalk this up to a bad day (and so should others).

He did a great job for us! He scheduled to come but unfortunately he had a tire blow out on him in which he immediately called us about. I can definitely appreciate the fact that he communicated well. When he did get here he was quick to diagnose the problem and even went with us to pick out a new faucet. Considering how hard he had to work to get the old faucet out I was impressed with how he was able to do it without damaging anything else. He has a nice truck with a lot of good equipment as well.
