Description of Work: Replaced well pressure tank. Went very well. Installed in a timely manner and everything is working very well. | |Replaced shower/tub faucet. Did not go so well. It was an old faucet and shower. The leak had damaged the drywall and several tiles were damaged during the job. Patched as well as possible with caulk.

Description of Work: Ernie actually came out to provide service on multiple plumbing issues I had at my old house. I was very happy with the service provided and how quickly the work was completed. I also liked that the price was on the job itself, not how many minutes/ hours he was there.

Description of Work: I contacted Cobra plumbing through Angie's list about a sink hole in my parents front yard. Within minutes I received a call. I was told that this is a common problem in the area and due to the age of the neighborhood, the ground has settled. He urged me not to waist my money if other contractors recommended digging up the yard. I was also told if there is no sewer backup into the house, the outside sewer pipe should be fine. He recommended filling the hole with dirt a few times to solve the issue. I appreciate the honesty!! Thank you for restoring my faith in contractors!

The best part was that I was expecting a way higher bill because my experience is that there are always something else wrong besides the initial problem.

A gentleman on time and attentive. Knew right away what the problem was and fixed a valve. Honest considerate timely. And handsome!!! We will always use him

Description of Work: We have had a leak through our kitchen from an upstairs bathrooms since we moved in almost two years ago. We have had two different plumbers come out and tell us we needed to caulk. We caulked, and a year later we had the same problem. I found Ernie/Cobra Plumbing on Angies List and was out within the week. He listened to the problem and right away thought he had the solution. He had to cut a hole in a bedroom wall that backed to our bathroom, but told me that we could make it a control panel for $10.00 (buy a panel from Home Depot). We do plan on having additional work done anyway so this wasn't a problem.. He immediately found the problem, it was exactly what he thought it was and had it fixed and was out the door in 25 minutes. He was professional and the price was fair. We will definitly be using him again. We have used some of the larger plumbing compaines out there and boy is it a gamble. You never know who you are going to get and how much training that plumber has had. With Ernie, we know who will be out and we get personalized yet professional service!!

Description of Work: Called Cobra Plumbing Monday, 9/19/11 and reported that I had just discovered that the 2nd bathroom shower faucet was not working and appeared broken from the inside. He explained that he could not come until Friday 9/23/11 due to so many water emergencies from the storms of the past few weeks. He was so personable over the phone that I decided to wait. Well worth it. He appeared on time Friday morning and was able to replace the part and caulk around the water nozzle. His price was excellent and with the Angie's List discount I was very happy and would definitely reccomend him and use him again.

Description of Work: We had a busted tub drain that was causing water to flow through the living room ceiling. I called Ernie after reading the reviews of him here and he was able to come out the next day. He quickly replaced the drain and everything is now working great. We also had an issue with the dishwasher and Ernie showed me how to fix it for free. If you are having any plumbing work done, this is absolutely the guy to use. I would recommend him to anyone. He's quick, his pricing is reasonable and he's very courteous. We are very pleased that we used his services.

Description of Work: I called on Thursday, the day before Labor Day weekend. He fit me in the next day at 12:30 PM and then arrived two hours early to repair a leaking pipe. Ernie was very professional.
