This was the second job and I would not hesitate to call if I'm in need of a plumber again. I really felt he cared about resolving my plumbing perdicament to my complete satisfaction. He listened, then gave pertinant advice, then did a nice neat job for a resonable price. He took pride in his work without arrogance. Highly recommend!

I called him out to fix a leak under the bathroom sink to start with - he responded very quickly and took care of the job. I learned there was a leak under the kitchen sink too so I called him again, He came out and said he fixed that too. However, that leak wasn't fixed and continued to cause damage to the cabinet. I did not bother calling him a third time because I was in a hurry to get it rented out and needed to be confident it was corrected.

Went very well no longer leaking replaced pipes.

If you are Brian's client, he takes care of you. Prior to this replacement of a pressure regulator valve, our hot water heater began leaking. When we called Brian, he was unable to come so we called another plumbler. Brian called us when he returned from Baltimore to make sure the job was done. Following that, we called him for help with squeaking toilets and a dripping pipe in the basement. Brian came right away and replaced the pressure regulator valve. This past summer we called for Brian's help with a slow sewer line going to the street. He told us what to look for, and then came out to check the location of the blockage. He told us to call the county, the blockage was on the county part of the line. No charge for his time.

When I first contacted BR Hendrix Plumbing to replace my hot water heater I was thinking about installing a tankless hot water system. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the pros and cons of a tankless hot water system. After our discussion, I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and neutral position on whether to go with a hot water tank or tankless system. But with the information he gave me I was able to make an informed and confident decision to go with a replacement hot water heater tank. BR Hendrix arrived and replaced the hot water heater. They knew exactly what to do and they did it quickly and efficiently. The existing hot water heater was located in an awkward location that was very inefficient and took up more space than necessary. BR Hendrix re-worked the plumbing to allow the new heater to be re-located in a better location that didn't take up as much space. We were very happy with every aspect of the project and would definitely use BR Hendrix for any future plumbing needs we have. And I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who needed a plumber. .I have no problems with my hot water tank or system since it was installed in April. It is now December and I am thoroughly happy with our decision to have BR Hendrix Plumbing install our new hot water tank.

Brian is very easy to work with considering he is so busy.

Brian arrived a 7:30 am as promised & got right to work. He was done in no time & cleaned up when he completed the job. Brian always removes his shoes when he comes into my house. The new faucet works great & no leaks in the kitchen. You can always count on Brian to do a good job, back his work and be efficient. He provides fair pricing. Another plumber wanted $400 to install a faucet!!!

It went great. Brian completed the rough-in plumbing for my new tub installation and tub faucet & 2 shower lay-out. He relocated water & drainage pipes due to change in the vanity center location. He installed tub faucet trim & hand held shower trim. Outside he installed two new hose bibs to replace the ones that leaked. Brian installed my new toilet and lavatory faucet on my new vanity. He removed the old toilet and moved it to my husband's bathroom. It was a newer model. The vanity cabinet didn't come in on time, so Brian will be back at 7 am on Monday to hook up my water and then I'll be able to use my sink as well as the tub & toilet. He did a great job for me and was flexible because of the supply company delays.

Brian came out w/in days after I called. He was able to reach the leak from the kitchen ceiling. He stated the leak occurred in the past & a plasctic part was use to fix the repair & it had a hair-line crack. Dave replaced the whole pipe to my bathtub and we don't expect any further leaks in this area.I can always count on Brian for speedy & efficien t service. We call him for all of our plumbing services.He's the best!!!

Brian provides excellent service for a reasonable price. He's always on time, works efficiently, doesn't make a mess & cleans up when he is done. My tub looks brand new and the kitchen faucet finally works, and it is pretty! He sent me to a plumbers supply house for the best price for the kitchen faucet.

Brian and his co-worker were here on time, with all their supplies. They were very respectful of me & my home. The work was completed in a few hours and they cleaned up after themselves. The whole experience working with Brian is a positive one: from our initial phone contact to receiving the bill for services. I'd highly recomment Brian Hendricks for all your plunbing needs.

As I noted above, Mr. Hendrix came to my house for about the 10th or 11th time since he put in my water heater in 2004. The water heater is great but the pilot goes out because of a structural defect in my house. I called, he came over, elit the pilot for me, and did not charge me. He is very patient with my constant calls and never makes me feel dumb. He came over in the evening to ensure we had hot water for the next day. Great service! Very professional!!

See above. I would highly recommend Brian to everyone. He is a Registered Master Plumber and he does all his own work with one assistance. They work great as a team. Always polite, professional and respectful of our home.

His price was very good compared to other people we looked into. He was very friendly, he seemed like an honest man, and he picked up some other things which were unnecessary that another plumber had put in our house. He was here on time, the guys always took their shoes off so they didn?t drag in mud, and they cleaned up after themselves. I plan on using them again.

Brian and Jamie came on time (7:00 am because we work), looked over everything to be done, made recommendations, and finished quickly. Brian leaves the work area cleaner after he's done than it was when he arrived. His final cost was very near the estimate he gave by phone.

He is very efficient. His cost is in line with all other plumbers. We have never have a problem with anything he has fixed. He is a gentlemen and he is true to his word. He is just a good man, and he is journeyman. He is also very clean.

BRIAN CAME WITH AN ASSISTANT AND BOTH MEN WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE REPAIR AND REPLACE HARDWARE IN A TIMELY AND COURTEOUS MANNER. THEY EVEN OFFERED HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS FOR FUTURE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.
