This was my first dealing on Angies and the most disappointing/frustrating experience. Signed up/and paid and a couple of days later I get an email from the merchant that that they needed a contact # to make an apt for 10/14. I was quite befuddled as all the info including my # was on the Work Request form but I emailed them anyways. Not having heard back, I contacted the Merchant Monday morning and the man on the phone kept on and on about how busy they were and would only take me if I bought the Gutter Leaf Guard etc etc. I informed him I paid for the gutter cleanup and that's all I needed. Then he went on about how busy they have been over the weekend and couldn't fit me in. At this point, it was getting extremely frustrating and he stated someone form the office would call me shortly. A lady from the office called saying they could fit me in for Tuesday around 1 pm and at that point Im thinking all was well. About an hr later, another gentleman called, and stated he couldn't/wouldn't do the work and kept on and on about how hes tired of dealing on Angies List customers and would be getting off Angies and just went off on a tirade. At this point I was done with him and informed him that Id like my $$ back and he reffered me to Angies!! All I can say is wowwwwww, didn't know these type of business exist but in this day and age, extremely NOT COOL......

I, of course, won't know if the roof will leak until we have rain - but I am hopeful they will stand behind their work. They appeared to be an honest company.

They did an excellent job; I was very satisfied with everything. They were ontime, courteous, professional, and left no mess.

Workers arrived on time. Very professional and got right to work. Explained what they would be doing and why. Worked steadily. At end even washed my skylight inside and out.

Our experience was good. I was happy with them. The price was right, the quality was good and the workers cleaned up nicely every day.

As the homeowners, we were very pleased with the overall attentiveness and thoroughness of Advance Moisture Protection, Inc. They assessed and fixed the problem in a timely manner. The cost was very reasonable. They provided a report including pictures to explain what was wrong, what was done and what needed to be done going forward (nothing). They provided the information via email, and provided a means to pay with credit card over the phone (more convenient than check via mail). I would solicit their services in the future.

They were very nice and the owner himself came out to inspect the work that was to be done. Everything was done in a timely manor.

The folks at Advanced Moisture Protection were extremely prompt. They arrived the next day for an estimate and the work was completed within the week. The estimate was detailed and included a couple extra steps to prevent our roof from leaking again. Everyone that I spoke with was friendly and professional. There was a definate hometown feel to the company and we even received photos of the work which is guaranteed for 2 years. I would recommend this company.

All work was completed on time and clean up was prefect. Saved us a lot of money by being honest about the scope of work that we needed at his time. Thank You for a GREAT JOB!!!!!!! God Bless

I was contacted promptly by AMP, and they were always professional and courteous. They came out to do the repairs quickly and seemlessly. I am glad that I found a reliable partner that I can trust for any roofing needs that may come up in the future.

I called Advance Moisture Protection and they came out the same day and gave me an estimate and started and finished on time.

Roof damage was incured during storm (Sandy) in November 2012. Insurace company determined total roof replacement was needed. Two estimates were obtained and after checking with Maryland better busines bureau decided on AdvanceM Moisture Protection. Although inclement weather delayed the work, once it was sheduled work was completed in two days.

My bedroom ceiling started leaking March 25, 2013. I called Advanced Moisture Inc. on March 26 , 2013 they couldn't make it that day but came out the next day. They looked at my roof showed me pictures that day and emailed me a proposal to have it replaced. I did have some problems getting a date to get the work done but it was done within the 10 days written on the proposal which was fine with me since it only rained once between the day they came and getting the work done. It was set up for Tuesday April 9, 2013 but they ran into problems called me and the work was done Wednesday April 10, 2013. I recommended my sister and they gave me and my sister a discount. My experience was pleasant. I would use Advanced Moisture Inc again.

I've had three different roofers before. This was the first team that was actually professional. I am on my third roof in four years so I was blown away by their service. They gave me a list of over 100 references to call if I wanted to. They were super friendly also. It appears they've done a good job.

Most companies don't offer financing, They were very kind and they took a deposit and have let me me spread my charges out and did not apply any finance fees. After 2 patch jobs, the time had come for a whole new roof. This could not wait. These guys did one of the patches in June of this past year and actually applied the payment for that patch toward the new roof.

I called to get an estimate for my roof. I informed Tim I would not be home at the time he wanted to come out and he said it was fine he would measure and just email me a quote. He wasn't able to come that day b/c we had a misunderstanding about the street spelling (it happens) He came the next day and measured. He seemed like a nice guy. I was just uncomfortable with the amount of times he referred to god (every 5 min) I'm not an atheist or anything . . . . I don't like feeling someone is trying to push their religious beliefs on others. I am looking to buy a roof not religion. His price was decent, only $25 more (for roofing) than the guy I hired. However they guy I did hire in the end cost me $600 more, because he actually got up on my roof and could see that my skylight was the wrong size and not meant for a flat roof and would also need to be replaced. Also, Tim told me my roof was ten squares easily, which I know is not true because I have measured it myself and had four other companies out all who said it's just over 8 squares. I personally would rather pay more for someone who I get a good feeling about. I wish Tim the best with his company, in the future he may want to be more professional and less "churchy" just my opinion.

Terrible experience. I stayed home for two days waiting for them to show up. Never came and never called me.

I found this company through the phone book and set up an appointment for a free estimate. My roof had several small leaks that I wanted fixed. The owner was late to the appointment for the estimate, but only by about 10 minutes. The estimate that we received later didn't seem to cover what we'd talked about and didn't make sense to my fiance, either (he was unable to be home when the owner was at our house for the estimate), so I called to ask if he could come back to explain the proposal to my fiance before we signed the contract. An appointment was set up for the next Sunday. No one showed up. I called the company's main number as well as the cell phone number given on the main number's voicemail message and left several messages to see if anyone would be coming out at all. We spent the entire day at home on the off-chance that someone might still show up. I called the following week to see what had happened and to try to reschedule, they just told me to have my fiance call the owner directly. I finally got the owner on the phone and he told me he had just plain forgotten about our Sunday appointment and that he'd invested a lot of his time to come out for the estimate and prepare the proposal and if that wasn't good enough for me, then I should go with another company. I was very taken aback and I'm extremely thankful we didn't have this company perform any work.

They were 2 weeks late, and never called. We always had to contact them about why they were not there. When they did show up it was very late, and they did not finish the repair. I had to watch them like a hawk to make sure the repairs were done at all. They said that they were going to come back to repair the front and never did. The work order was very specific, and they did not complete the whole job, but the company sent me a bill anyway, saying that the job had been completed.

They got someone out to me to give an estimate in about a week. However, once we worked out the contract, it took three and a half months for them to finish the job. I had to call them several times a week to see if they were coming, because I lock my back gate normally. They frequently would say they would be there that day and have the job done, and not show up at all. Also frequently they would show up and only complete small portions of the job. The gutter system they installed failed completely. I had to threaten them with cancellation of the contract in order for them to come back do a decent job, and even under that threat they didn't do the job until the last day of the deadline I gave. Overall, I'd say I had to put in at least 40 hours of calling them, meeting up with them, etc. for a job that their estimate said would take them 1-2 days. The final, finished product does seem to be of good quality.

I LIKE THE COMPANY AND I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR A LONG TIME. THEY ALWAYS LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY HAVE DEALS ON THEIR CLEANING SERVICE. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, AND IF THEY ARE RUNNING LATE OR CAN'T MAKE IT THEY CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW.

I WAS NOT PLEASED AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY. I AM STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH THE NEW ROOF THAT I HAD WITH THE OLD ROOF. THERE WAS NO CHANGE IN THE CONDITION OF THE ROOF.
