They show up when they say they're going to. The job that they do is professional.
Description of Work: They put in a waterline. We had a reverse osmosis system but it had burnt out. We had them put in a new reverse osmosis system.

They're very good. They're very expensive. But you know that the job that they're going to do is good. They're there when they say they're going to be.
Description of Work: They have been coming to the house on and off since 2009. The last time they came out was probably April of this year. They repaired the reverse osmosis system and changed filters and things.

Service was excellent and very responsive. Watson's put us in as the first call of the next day knowing that we were without water. I cannot dispute price as I did not shop the same capability with other companies. I did go on line and saw that the product sold to us is top of the line (a good thing) and we were not adverse to the added cost as we saw this as an investment for improved water supply service from our well.
Description of Work: Replaced faulty well pump with higher end system that provides constant pressure. Large home needed a solution to water pressure on the second level. When pump that came with home needed replacement we decided to upgrade. Home now has a constant 70 psi just like we used to have from a municipal service.

Each time the service provided cost exactly what was estimated and was done professionally and meticulously. The estimates are reasonable and were credited toward the work cost and we never felt pressured to agree to any service or repair. During the septic tank rebuild, they showed up with a team of men with multiple trucks and the backhoe. If any unanticipated part were needed they would not have to stop work like a one-man operation would. (though it seems that they anticipate almost everything!) At the end of the job, the company owner stopped by to personally approve the work and assure I was pleased with the work (and his men) before allowing the fill-in and cleanup to begin. I do not have a single plumber... I have a team of them and they go by the name Watson's!
Description of Work: We have used Watson's may times since purchasing 'The Money Pit' in 2000. Most recently they replaced the pitless adapter for our well with Stainless Steel. We were getting ready for a party and had grit in our water. Watson's knew just what the problem was and provided us with a bypass solution until the party was over! Previously we have had Watson's perform the following services: Emergency replacement of the well pump on a frigid January night in 2001 Replacement of main drain, rebuild input and outlet septic tank baffles and replace distribution box on a swealtering July day in 2001. Remove all copper pipe from our house and replace with PVC (our choice as the well water kept eating the copper) and add shut-off valves at every fixture (previously there was only the main shutoff at the well pump). Replace undersized expansion tank with proper device. Replace water heater with proper sized device.

Great! There are 2 critical issues here: they came in 1 day and called via telephone to give me updates on the tech's arrival time. I called 7 plumbers before Watson's; none could come the same day. Watson's established a 2-hour arrival window and took my number to inform me when the tech was en route. This gave me the freedom to use my time efficiently while I waited.

Service was great. Did not try to sell equipment. Just got the job done!
Description of Work: My daughters large basement was completely flooded and the plumber she called did not call back. I use Angie's List to find Watson's Plumbing. Two hours later they were at her house. They fixed her sump pump which was not working because it had been installed improperly.

These guys are there when we need them and do it right the first time. We don't have enough time to work with anybody else.
Description of Work: We've used these guys for about two years here in Harford County. They always are prompt and professional. I suppose they could be cheaper, but good plumbers generally aren't and we get what we pay for. Our former plumber used to send out an apprentice that caused more problems then he solved and finally the misses wouldn't let the apprentice in the house - it just wasn't worth the hassle. All goes well with Watson's.

Service men were early for appointment; called ahead to make sure that it would be all right to arrive earlier than scheduled. Arrived and surveyed job. Provided a written estimate and explanation of charges. Gave opinion of what should be done to the toilet. Completed work and cleaned areas well.

They were a little late and we had to call to find out they weren't going to meet the window promised, but when they arrived the estimate was correct and the drain just needed clearing. They tested it several times to ensure that the problem was solved and explained the procedures along the way.
Description of Work: Cleaned out a drain in the basement that was backing up & flooding water when the washing machine switched cycles.

Watson's came within the period of time they promised. The plumber they sent was friendly and neat. The greatest part was that they came out on the same day, just hours after I called, and corrected the problem for us. This was impressive, since we had gone 2 weeks with virtually no hot water, waiting on the plumbing company who originally diagnosed the problem to come back out to fix it. The only downside was they would not provide the lifetime warranty they offer on parts and installation when you purchase their faucets on the nicer faucets that I bought myself. With my own faucets, they offered just a one year guarantee on the installation. Overall, price was high in comparison to the other company, coming out to about double what the other company was charging. (They use a per job charge rather than per hour). You get what you pay for and Watson's earned it, considering their customer service and response time.
Description of Work: I had 2 faulty shower faucets that were causing a shortage of hot water throughout my house. This problem was diagnosed by another plumbing company. Both faucets were replaced by Watson's using new Moen faucets that I purchased myself. Neither shower had an access panel to the pipes, so holes had to be cut into the walls behind the shower stalls as well.

I called the plumber around 11:00 AM to report a water leak . The plumber arrived in the time period that the office advised he would. He first tried to make a repair to the existing toilet. Based on the age of the original plumbing fixture he advised replacement of the toilet. The new toilet was installed within 2 hours of that decision.
Description of Work: They uninvestigated a water leak in basement ceiling. It was determined that toilet was leaking. Installed new powder room toilet to replace toilet that was leaking.
