Perfectly! Rob and his crew did a very professional job at a very reasonable price. Rob responded quickly to our request and did a fantastic job removing the tree and grinding out the stump and then trimming a second tree. The job and clean up was quick and no debris was left behind. We would definitely recommend him and his company. Thank you, Rob!

My 82 year old mother left 4 messages to New Branch Tree Service and never received a return phone call. I emailed New Branch Tree Service and have never received a response. Very poor customer service!

Never contacted me to give estimate

I have been using New Branch Tree Service for several years now. Not only at our home for removal of small and large trees, but also at our horse boarding farm in Glen Arm. Rob and his staff are professional, starting with quotes to completing the job with precision, professionalism, cleaning up everything and doing an outstanding job. I have never used a more qualified trustworthy company. I highly recommend New Branch for all your tree service or firewood needs.

We were very pleased with the service Rob and his workers provided. They worked hard to make sure the job was completed as promised. Dispite the humidity and heat they worked extremely hard-coming back the next day to complete the job. We would highly recommend New Branch Tree Service.

Rob and his crew cut back several large trees on my property and removed them. Everything went great. They responded to me quickly and had me scheduled within a few days. They were by far the lowest bid by 3 contractors, plus I couldn't have asked for a better result. The trees are now cut back away from my house, all dead limbs around my yard removed, while leaving the main trunks and canopies of the trees intact.

He does such a good job. He leaves my yard immaculate. I've used him and his father for many years. He is here on time. He is very mannerly. The people that work for him are very good. I wouldn't take anyone else except for Rob.

Excellent clean up. Not a branch was left on the ground. Workers were very respectful of property and were very nice. I picked this company because the owner seemed like a very honest man. He is very down to earth and takes pride in his work. Being that I was new to the area he gave me a list of companies that I might be interested in. For example nurseries, local produce and companies who supply stone if I should need any. He didn't have to do that and I thought it was very nice of him to give us this information.

The company came on time. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. They even made sure that my gate was locked when they left so my little dog could not get out when they left.

They were superb. They were very price competitive. They were on time, they did a great job, and they cleaned up well. I was very pleased with their work and I have used them multiple times.

The work turned out very well. They have always been very reliable and they seem to charge a reasonable rate.

On 5/31/11, Rob gave me an estimate for tree trimming work and said that the work would have to be scheduled later due to the need to obtain a permit and because of other commitments he had. I called two or three weeks later and spoke to Rob's wife to authorize and schedule the work. She said she would schedule the work and call me. Another two weeks went by with no call to schedule the work, so I called and left a message. The call was not returned so I made at least a half dozen other phone calls and sent five e-mails over the course of several weeks. Since I had no response to any of the phone calls or e-mails, I went to Rob's house on 7/20/2011 to inquire partly because I was concerned something might have happened to him and partly because I wanted an answer. I found Rob at his home and, contrary to what he told me when he gave the estimate, he said that the estimate was good for that day only. It is important to note the written estimate said it was good for 30 days with no other notations. When I reminded Rob what he said on the day he wrote the estimate, he then said he had other commitments. When I asked why he did not return my calls or e-mails, he did acknowledge the calls but had no answer other than he was busy and did not want to do the work. Rob suggested I contact the utility company to see if they would take responsibility for a poor trim job to clear power lines and help me. Rob did say I could call him if the utility company failed to respond. However, at this point, I had lost confidence and pursued other contractors. Bottom line: I was treated poorly and Rob reneged on providing promised services. In fairness, Rob was never discourteous and in-person was nice enough and pleasant, just not responsive or professional.

Rob and his crew arrived on time and worked straight through until the job was done. They were very professional in the way they worked. The trees now look so much better. One of my trees had limbs hanging over my neighbor's roof which made it necessary for the men to work on my neighbor's property. They made sure to clean that area with extra care. They did a great job for me.

One of the trees was good for firewood so I kept that. They hauled away the other one. They knew what to do and how to do it. The job went off very well. I was very pleased.
