Not very well. Dry Tech sent a representative named Andy to give me a quote on the work that needed to be done due to leaks caused by a two solar panels. I explained to Andy that I would have the solar panels removed before Dry Tech began the work. This particular May was very wet. Dry Tech gave me a tentative date for the removal of the old roof and the replacement roof and wrote up an agreement for a little over $1.300. I was returning from a doctors appointment several days before Dry Tech was scheduled to do the work,only to find Dry Tech workers removing the roof over my garage and Terry the owner on the roof. Terry explained to me that he had called my wife prior to coming to my house because his workers contacted him and said there was not enough material to do the work. He told my wife that that it should not cost any more than $ 500 additional. However after looking at the roof it would actually cost the $1,300 original estimate plus $1,272 for a total of $2,572. Terry claimed the additional cost was do to the contractor who removed the solar panels not removing the brackets that held up the solar panels. The brackets were removed but the cleats that held them up were not removed due to the rainy weather. The expectation being that when the roof was removed the cleats would be removed with with it. When speaking with Terry (the owner of Dry Tech) I informed him that I believe Andy low-balled us on the price to get the work. Terry said this was not true. My daughter helped one of Dry-Tech's workers move a refrigerator that was blocking access to then attic. The worker pulled on the refrigerator with such force he pulled the outlet off of the wall. The outlet was not attached to the wall properly but Terry said he would fix it. Dry Tech left a ladder in my garage and came back to get it, but never fixed the outlet. Additionally, Dry Tech's workers left plastic bottles and paper wrappers strewn across my lawn. My wife had a fit. I will never use this company again

They did a great job. We were very pleased with the entire process from proposal to completion. Great staff, prompt service, quality products.

The contractor was great, and the work was outstanding. The workers used expert craftsmanship. The siding looks extremely professional, and really makes my house look very nice and finished. The work was done over two days and makes my house look new. The contractor was very helpful working with insurance, and I would highly recommend their services..

Andy was very helpful throughout the process. Initial meeting went quite well, he answered all my questions and had excellent product samples. Installation was a smooth process over 2 days, crew did a good job & cleaned up after themselves. Only one issue occurred with putting up the shutters, and the owner Terry dropped what he was doing to come out to oversee and even ran to Home Depot to get the hardware needed. He suggested we get another attic fan, and he was right - one was not enough. They will be installing the 2nd attic fan & will be 1st up for a siding job. Very happy with outcome & competitive price paid. I like to support local businesses.

I have been in communication with them. Their communication hasn't the best. I have had to reach out to them. When I first got in contact with them, they explained that they had a 4-6 week long backlog. I contacted them again on August 1, 2014. They weren't able to confirm a date with me at that time either. I'm hoping to be able to set a specific date in the coming days here.

It was great, very professional. The estimate was a little higher than others but I really liked the end result. The job was done in two days and completely cleaned up afterwards. Also, my neighbor next door asked them to fix an issue with our shared chimney flashing and they were able to correct a longstanding problem for the neighbor. I would and have recommended them to my neighbors on Facebook and NextDoor.

Refused, because of safety (read that as insurance) concerns, to get on roof to see issues mentioned by another roofer inspection and so did a binocular based inspection where the view was difficult. Found no issues. (note: there were issues that I had later fixed by the roofer who found them (I was shown pictures)). Admire the safety (the roof was wet) but honestly, if you know the area had rain, cancel and move appointment. The quote package, while not completely accurate since certain things cannot be clearly seen from space, was valuable and a very useful planning tool; highly recommend one for your home for your permanent records. The inspector seemed very competent and I would feel comfortable getting DryTech to do my roof.

The business owner drove to my house himself on Sunday morning to make sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the owner being concerned about the reputation of his house. He climbed the roof himself and check everything and made sure everything was to his standard. I would defiantly recommend this company to everybody.

I wanted to see if he would overcharge me for materials. He didn't do much talking. I probably wouldn't use them again, they're too expensive.

The statement provided on reviewing the task, but not sending the estimate is incorrect. Dry Tech did not come out. I confused them with another company whose name I cannot recall. Dry Tech has since provided a detailed estimate and we are considering their offer.

I am extremely disappointed in Dry Tech, they 'lowballed' the estimate on us. I was at work and my husband was at the doctor. The owner called me ad said that it was going to be more work than he anticipated, he quoted me five hundred more dollars, I asked them if they could do any better than that and he said no. To my dismay, when I got home two hours later, it had gone from five hundred to thirteen hundred more dollars. We hadn't budgeted for thirteen hundred more dollars, they have yet to send me a final bill. I called the owner and he is just giving us a bunch of gibberish. We just feel like they wanted the job and they 'lowballed' it. We believe they did that to get the job. Then they wanted to slap another thirteen hundred dollars on us. They went in the attic in the garage and knocked one of my plugs out of the wall. They also left empty containers all over my front lawn which I had to pick up. I called the owner and told him about the plug, he said that I should send him a picture of it which I did. He also said that in his entire career he had never left trash on anyone's lawn. He is yet to get back to me on the plug to fix it. He is saying it is not up to snuff on code. I have given up on the plug. They have yet to send me a bill. What he did say to me was that the extra thirteen hundred dollars could be spread out over a couple of months. We don't have an extra thirteen hundred dollars. I asked him if he could do anything about the price and he said that he would have to ask his wife since she is a co-owner of the business. It has been two weeks now and he has not said any thing to me. They left a ladder here and they slid in and took it and that was it. I give them the lowest grade possible.

I purchased a Big Deal, but the house I needed serviced did not meet the criteria of the deal.

Great! Very friendly, very easy to communicate with, and the price was wonderful.

They wanted to charge me much more than what I think the job I needed done would be.

My property was outside the scope of what they are offering so I did not hire them. Although they did come out and I found them to be very professional and very nice group. If I get to the point where I'll re-roof my house, I'll definitely use them.

The provider arrived on 1/10, looked at the roof and promised an estimate the next week citing that he would need to procure satellite images of my house to get measurements for the estimate. The estimate did not arrive. I called approximately one week after the estimate was expected to follow-up and was told I would receive the estimate the following week. Following some communication mix-ups, I received the estimate on 2/19 and am happy with it and am considering them for the job. Aside from the mix-up getting the estimate, overall working with this company has been a pleasant experience so far. I will update the review further if/when the work is performed

They did what they said they were going to do. They were fine because there were no problems. Their price was a little lower than the others. The sales man was good but the owner was a little gruff at times.

Everything was great. They do good work. One gentleman made a statement, that to me, seems unethical. He said that if we left a good review on Angie's List, we would get some kind of gift card or some other incentive. I told him that I thought this was a little unethical, because I feel that wouldn't be an honest review. Other than that, everything was good. I do wish they would have told me that they didn't clean the nails, sawdust, etc. from the attic. When I opened the attic, all of these nails flew down at me. That could really hurt someone. I think they should warn you.

The provider called me back and told me his company does not repair slate roofs. He added, pointedly, that the Angle's List ad clearly stated this. I didn't go back and review the ad, because it was a moot point. I've spent months trying to find a roofer who repairs slate roofs and they are clearly in the minority so I'll just keep looking.

Terry was very prompt and efficient. He gave us a fair price for roof and gutter replacement. We have contracted with him to do the work in the near future. We'll update and let you know how the actual installation goes!

I called 2 weeks ago to set up an appointment. I asked the person creating the appointment if htey did flat roof replacement. They said yes, and scheduled me 2 weeks out. I did not want to wait, I have tenants, but I wanted to get a second estimate. I told them my property manager would meet them (Im out of state). 1) Morning of, I get a call from Terry saying that I needed to be there, and if he wastes his gas coming over to get a free estimate, he wants to talk to someone making the decision - (Hassle me much, on the day of the appointment!?) 2) I needed a free estimate. You said you give them. Thats all i needed. dont LIE and say you dont do flat roof replacements (I asked the question 3 times to the appt setter, so don't throw them under the bus). 3) Thank you for making the life of an out of state investor frustrating and wasteful. Its a gift I guess the owner has 4) Waste 2 weeks, abrasive and rude on the phone, and I didnt get my free estimate - Thats a fail. Don't put free estimate on angies list or your website if you aren't going to do it 5) S***** bucket - I dont need to meet you to know if I am going to go with your services. I don't need to be "Sold To." Im tired of slick talking sales guys, I want to speak with someone who will be doing the WORK. I only contacted TOP RATE roofing companies - Any of you guys are good, your personal sales was not going to do anything.

Very professional. Unfortunately, I did not understand the service when I purchased it and the tech could not get access to the roof (not walkable). He was very helpful, discussed some options. I'll probably contact them in future for other items.

They assessed my roof and gave me recommendations and a quote.

Arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgable. Unfortunately the satellite images were of my neighbors house instead of mine. They did email me the correct ones for my house on a later date. The real issue was the price was $4k more than another local roofer for the same product and warranty. I may have used them if their price was more reasonable. Thanks anyway guys
