 + -1 moreThe first clean was amazing. The team of two spent a few hours cleaning and really made everything sparkle. Unfortunately, each clean after that was disappointing. They were in and out in an hour and a half and missed items each visit and the result was a very rushed finished product. There was often pet hair under and behind areas that were easy to access when cleaning, the appliances in the kitchen still full of finger prints, and the hardwood stairs leading to the loft were missed almost every time. My husband did voice our concerns but the result was the same each time so we decided to stop the service. I feel like it's impossible to find a service that does a consistent, thorough job each time.
Description of Work: We had Above and Beyond clean our home every 2 weeks, maybe 4 or 5 times. When they originally came to our house to give us an estimate, they described the way the service would work. I was happy with the fact that they don't do a rotational clean, focusing on certain areas each time they come and others on opposite weeks. In their words, "if it's dirty, we clean it". We didn't need the whole house cleaned, only certain areas...2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, dust, and vacuum and mop the floors, and the hairy hardwood steps leading to upstairs. We didn't have them do anything in the kid's rooms, the basement or the top level. We have pets so getting under things to vacuum the hair is a priority.
