Nothing could have been better from the arrival of the person who gave the quote through the end of the project!! They were all totally knowledgeable and professional. The floor is perfect! In two walkways it had to match a floor that was installed over 3 years ago. I cannot tell the difference between the new and old. Nor can I tell where the y met.

Superior in all respects. Small show room allowed optimal selection of stains. Workers were promp, efficient, and pleasant.

Very responsive and attentive. I will definitely hire them again! They had a touch job with some very old, painted and damaged floors and did a wonderful job in restoring them to their original finish.

Alex was super to work with. He promptly called and set up an appointment to give an estimate. He arrived on time and gave a very fair price to refinish our pine floors in a house we purchased that I do not think had not been refinished since being installed in 1986. They quoted 3 coats of polyurethane finishes but once the floors had been done Alex let me know he was not satisifed with the finish because the floors had absorbed more of the finish then he expected and asked if I could give him afew more days that he would add a 4th coat of poylurethane at N/C to us because he wanted to be sure we were happy! The floors came out gorgeous. My wife says it looks like a new home!!! We will definitely recommend Alex to others. Thanks Alex , you made us and our floors HAPPY!!! no wonder it is called HAPPY FLOORS.
