Description of Work: Removed small cement patio, old path slates, 2 front cement stoops and replaced stoops with granite steps and one brick walkway. Rejuvenated impacted areas with new garden including an hydrangea plant.

Description of Work: We had a partly completed patio area. Peter Sumner completed the work by removing a walkway "paved" with shells and replacing it with stones that matched the existing area PERFECTLY. Workers were neat. He came when promised. I had several bids and his was the best by far.

Description of Work: I was searching for a company to renovate my lawn and contacted Mid Cape Nurseriesbased on the strong reviews they had on Angie's List. At the time I called them and left a message, I realized they were some distance from my home but wanted to give them a try. Within about two hours of leaving a message on a Saturday, I had a call back. When I described where the job was located, they indeed said I was beyond their normal range of operations. However, they highly recommended another company, Maffei Landscape Contractors in Mashpee, mush closer to me. So far that is working well, so I give Mid Cape Nurseries an A for their responsiveness and professionalism in quickly getting back to me and their referral.

Description of Work: I can't remember them, actually, except that it seems to have been an unremarkable experience.

Description of Work: Eliminated a leak into my basement by correcting a grading error. It was the least costly and intrusive method of all of the estimates I received.

Description of Work: Trim shrubs, cleaned and removed leaves and brush and mulched the shrub area. Start the sprinkler system.

Description of Work: I called to have him drive by my house and give me a cost to improve the landscaping along with regular maintenance. He assured me he would be at the house on MOnday, May 6. (I am a landlord living in another state). He took my phone number and email address. I never heard from him or received a quote. I checked my email just to be sure it was not in the junk folder, it was not.

Description of Work: They fixed our sprinkler system and worked on both houses. They did the sprinklers and repair work.

Description of Work: Work included: 1) removal of old, overgrown plants, 2) installation of new irrigation system, 3) planting of new shrubs and a few small trees, 4) re-seeding of bare areas of lawn, and 5) construction of a new stone walkway. In addition, they are providing ongoing maintenance of our yard.

Description of Work: Mowing, Pruning, Clean Up Peter Sumner and the team at Mid Cape Nurseries are extremely impressive. They came in after the property was neglected and turned the place around. A great crew, office team, management, they finished up the 2011 in great style, look forward to working with them again next year.
