It did not. Never called or came back

Everything went very smoothly. The carpenter who did most of the work is a pleasure to work with. He was considerate, prompt, courteous, and very helpful. There were no snags in the plan of work; the entire remodeling took less than six weeks - and that included the Christmas and New Year's holidays.

Very happy with Gary and his crew. They refaced cabinets in two bathroom, and installed granite countertops as well as building custom medicine chests. They also built a large laundry cabinet. They were prompt, efficient, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.

They did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They have 16 yrs experience and it shows in their attention to detail and the meticulous work done. Gary, who comes out to discuss the job, knows his stuff and pointed out details I would not have thought of. Their pricing was very fair,and saved me from what I would have had to spend for a new kitchen. They came when they said they would,and the work was done as predicted. I had not wanted to replace my kitchen's 25 year old cabinets; they just needed to be refinished as they were showing wear and fading from over the years. Rob, the carpenter, did a thorough job cleaning before matching stain where needed (did an excellent matching job, especially near the knobs and handles), and then 2 coats of polyurethane. I had kitchen knobs with a decorative bracket, but wanted new knobs with no bracket. They look great and do not show where the old brackets were. When they installed the soffit, attention was paid to which way the grain was going, and this made a huge difference in appearance, together with the new crown moulding (compared to the original soffits which had the grain going the wrong way and did not quite match the cabinets). Very pleased overall...............

Work went fine, results were good. HOWEVER - Recently I needed a single piece of material to repair a cabinet, following a plumbing problem. It has been over 6 weeks, since Gary Ellis came and looked at what was needed. I have called and left at least 1/2 dozen phone messages and can not get a simple returned phone call. This is the lousiest customer service I have experienced in a long time. I guess Gary can't bother with prior customers, when there is not much profit to be made. I used to recommend this company to my friends and I also have another kitchen needing remodeling. I would never again recommend such a company that does no believe in customer service and the simple courtesy of returning phone calls, even if its simply to let me know they can not help with my currecnt problem. As for using them again - never in a million years - there are other vendors who will treat you like a valued customer, NOT just when there is lots of profit to be made. Beware Kitchen Tunups - your treatment of customer will eventually catch-up with you.
