Description of Work: Ed Hartranft is the owner and did all the work himself. He replaced our bulkhead and sealed off our concrete to stop the rain from leaking into our basement.

 + -1 moreProvider was very responsive, gave estimate right away, and provided requested service very quickly. Provider's estimate was maybe slightly higher but essentially in the same ballpark as other estimates received from providers located Off-Cape, but we decided we wanted to give the job to a local person, and we liked this provider after meeting him. He did balk when asked about $50 discount listed on Angies List webiste, saying price quoted was already low enough. No matter! We are very pleased with job done and very pleased with provider.
