Working with Jeff was GREAT! His price was reasonable. There were no corners cut and the professionalism was outstanding. He kept me apprised when there was a delay and always explained why. I am SO glad that I went with him. HIGHLY recommend.

The work was started and completed on time. The level of craftsmanship was excellent. Final product exceeded expectations.

Jeff listened to our wants and needs, offered suggestions and helped us to make decisions, and coordinated all aspects of the project. He continued to offer ideas along the way, and he was open to making changes from the original plan. Although it was slow getting started (pesky permit process!) and took longer than estimated, the work was so well done and Jeff was so good about communicating what was happening that it didn't matter. We could not be happier with the finished project!

After taking over my uncle's home, I was aware that it needed extensive renovation. I used Angie's list to find some contractors in the area since I didn't know anyone. From the time my wife and I met Jeff and started going through all of the details of the project, we felt very confident in his experience and personality. We had so many questions on how to proceed with a project of this magnitude and Jeff helped us every step of the way. We are continuing to work with Jeff on more of our home improvements and I highly recommend him.

Jeff was great. He was able to come over, evaluate, and provide an estimate in a really quick time. We are very pleased with the quality of work that was done. There will always be hiccups along the way with a project of this size, but Jeff was great in helping us navigate everything and was always reachable and prompt on responsiveness when we wanted updates and wanted clarification on anything. No nonsense guy, he was very upfront with us. Overall, great work, would definitely hire again.

Jeff and his team were excellent. They gave us a prompt, accurate proposal. The work was finished when we expected it. And, the quality of the work was fantastic. There were some gaps in communication and understanding on a few points, but nothing that would cause me to not use them again.

They take the time to explain things and are very diligent about debris and cleanup. Also, unlike most contractors they try to come up with alternatives and solutions to problems to make the finished product just right. We bought a home with a small walk-out basement that had been framed out by the previous owner, but never wired, dry walled, etc. Jeff came in with his excellent team and helped us re-design a very usable space, complete with a wet bar and full bathroom. The finish product is even better than we had envisioned, and Jeff's team was always professional and on-time. The project was kept within budget and was done within two weeks of the promised finished date, and that delay was only because of a snafu on the ordering end of the cabinets, not due to Jeff. In our experience, it's hard to find reliable workers on the Cape so we are very happy with our experience with Jeff. I would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone looking to do work on their home.

My overall remodel went very well. The team of guys have a strong work ethic. I can always count on them being there when they said they would be. If rhey were not going to be there i was told and informed why. The carpenters on the job do an overall great job and the owner was always very respnsive. I have worked with many carpenters and tradesman and rheae guys i can say were one of the best if not the best. For the consumer If i had to provide a area of caution, i would say ask as many questions as you can and always get clarity if you do not understand sonething, if you dont it can be a costly mistake

This is the second time we hired Jeff and his team and the experience/results were just as good. Last year he built a 36' x 18' deck for us. This year he did a complete bathroom gut and remodel - Jeff handled all aspects of the project including permits, sourcing materials, plumbing, electric, tiling, painting etc.. He was spot on with the budget as well as his stated times to start and finish the project. Jeff answered all of the questions and addressed any concerns in a very timely manner. The quality of the build results were amazing. Attached are before and after pictures - total transformation. We would (and will) hire him again for our future projects.

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job on our cape cottage. He was able to get us the additional space we needed in the small footprint we had available. We are so happy with the finished product and can’t wait to spend our summers with family and friends in our added space. You can count on Jeff from day one and until the end of the project to be very communicative, available by phone, text, and email. Very responsive to questions and any concerns throughout the renovation. His crew can quickly adjust to changing plans or additional requests. I had used Jeff before to build a master suite and home office in our basement. The work was completed on time and on budget. Thuringia we wanted to replace our cedar shingles and windows which were all in very poor condition. Jeff came through once again. The work was done on time and on budget. We were away when the windows were replaced. We came home to a completed project AND all of he mess was cleaned up and hauled away; both inside and out! All we had to do was put our furniture back in place.

They were there when they said they would be and worked hard to do a good job in a timely fashion.

Cape Home remodel started work for us in October doing a full kitchen renovation. We had a tight deadline trying to finish before the holidays and they finished ahead of schedule. We were so happy with their work that we asked them to remodel our sunroom directly off of the kitchen and they again fit us in on a tight schedule and were able to get the work done before our family arrived for Christmas. Jeff and Pat are wonderful to work with. Extremely professional and responsive. They installed new floors, new windows, and new cabinets in our kitchen, and took down walls and opened up a cathedral ceiling in our sunroom. The quality of their work was excellent and we are so happy with the finished product. They were extremely neat and clean throughout the construction process as well. We had our kitchen torn apart for over a month and they made the process as painless as possible. Overall they did great work and we would recommend them for any of your home remodel projects.

Jeff gave us an accurate and complete estimate prior to contracting for the project. Work was begun and completed on time and on budget. His workers, especially Pat, were professional and on time. His subs, electrical, plumbing and HVAC were also high quality and on time. We would highly recommend Jeff for remodeling projects and would not hesitate to use him again.
