After the initial discussion Jeff made valuable suggestions, properly estimating the conditions at place: type of soil, kind of walls etc. Then some our personal circumstances did not allow him to start at the planned day, but as soon as he started, the job was done quicker than expected. Now the staircase looks like new.

We planned the renovation end of August but wanted it built beginning of April. He called mid March we settled for a start dayHe started and finished exactly when promised. Was in touch all the time and was very accommodating and courteous. Thank you Jeff the whole family will enjoy our new basement.

We engaged Jeff and his team to demolish our existing deck and rebuild a much more elaborate structure complete with an outdoor shower. I can honestly say that our backyard has been transformed. The placement of the deck and shower are superb and his craftsmanship is first rate. Jeff was responsive and polite. The job costs what he said it would with no surprises. We would recommend Jeff to friends and would use his services again in the future. Thank you Jeff ! We are looking forward to many happy summer nights on our deck.

Unfortunately they had been unable to maintain it for a while and our family was concerned about the condition of the home and where we should focus our attention for repairs. Not only was a detailed report provided, but Chris indicated which were safety hazards, priorities, and 'should be done' items. This type of information was extremely helpful in our planning about what to do. I would definitely use his service again.

Jeff provided his thoughts and ideas on modeling design. He kept communicating with us during the project. The end results as are nice.

Along every step of this process, Jeff has been the ultimate professional. He was prompt in responding, provided a full description of all the work he would complete along with the time-line for doing so. He made a few design suggestions that we embraced, and the result is even better than we had expected. Jeff's work is impeccable and spotless. There was no construction debris left behind, and our new deck is absolutely beautiful. Jeff completely and fully met every aspect of our project plan and he was also very pleasant and accommodating to work with. As a matter of fact, my husband and I were so pleased with the deck that we asked Jeff to build a lower platform to continue the look and feel of the deck out to the outdoor shower. He completed this work today, and once again, the end result is absolutely perfect. I will certainly be calling Jeff Wragg in the future as my first choice for any home improvements we may consider.

Jeff had an unexpected opening in his schedule so we had to,pick out things fast which was a good thing since I didn't have the time to look at hundreds of options. He suggested places to check out things. We were away while the project was going on, but Jeff kept in touch with us and we had complete confidence in him. Everything turned out beautifully. We plan to have him back for a couple of smaller projects.

The contractor was extremely professional and did an outstanding job on this project. This project was done for my elderly mother. I was updated to the status of the project and the current phase of the project weekly. The contractor kept me informed of situations that needed to be addressed in a timely manner. The staff was very considerate of the needs of my mother and made her feel comfortable during this renovation. I live in Georgia and was able to get updates on the project as well as pictures of the project regularly. I was completely satisfied with the final project and I would recommend this contractor. I would further state that it was a pleasant surprise to find an honest reputable contractor.

We interviewed several people and after speaking with all of them and getting quotes we decided to work with Mr. Wraggs. Honestly I liked him from the beginning, I have been involved in construction my whole life in several different capacities, and quite frankly, he ask all the right questions and his personality was a good fit for how I like to do business. I could tell he shared my obsession with attention to detail. We have only just begun the actual construction part of our project but we have been working with him for months on the design and permitting phase. I cant yet comment as to the completed project but I can tell you that working with him so far has been a very good experience. He is punctual, thorough, and goes out of his way to make sure that all aspects of the job are covered. He has went about our project as if it was his on house. He has helped walk us through every step which was has taken a lot of the stress off of us He's honest, and easy to work with. when our project is finished I will update this write-up on how everything turned out. So far I have complete confidence that we choose the right contractor.

Jeff and his associate arrived early in the morning. They are extremely professional and have all the equipment. They demolished the existing structure precisely. They constructed the new stairway exactly as we had described to him. It came out perfect and exceeded our expectations. Jeff and Mike are exacting in their work and the results showed. They finished in the afternoon and cleaned the site. He deserves a strong recommendation and would certainly use again for his services.

Jeff did a wonderful job. The workmenship was top quality. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. He was dependable and does just about all the work himself, so you know who will be there. I did not have a lot of ideas and when Jeff thought something would work better he would advise us and he was always right. He also did small little add-ons to make nice touches to things. Would deffinetly call him again for my future projects.

He did an excellent job, on time and within original estimate. He are very happy with results, and will consider Jeff for any new projects.

The entire deck project was very efficient and took about a month from quote to finish in total. Jeff's quote was very competitive and he was able to get the job done quickly, despite it being the summer on Cape Cod. The project took a little longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances with his partner, but he was very forthcoming about this from the beginning of the project and it got done within the week, like he said. The deck looks beautiful and his aesthetic suggestions were great. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for some remodeling work.

Once again, I cannot say enough good things about Jeff Wragg. He does much more than the name Basement Concepts suggests.I've hired him for most every job I've done over the last few years and he always does an excellent job. (Often coming in at or below budget.) This last project undertook a complete remodel of an antique house. Kitchen, 3 bathrooms. I couldn't imagine trusting my home to anyone else.

Jeffrey Is honest, hardworking, attends to what he came to do without interruption. The finished product was exactly what my husband and I hoped for, and executed in a timely fashion. I would definitely hire Jeffrey again.

The price was far lower than any other estimates we received, while the quality of the work exceeded expectations.
