Jeff was great. He showed up as soon as he could get to our home on a Sunday. We found a bat in the house during the night and it was sleeping in the morning in our living room. Glad he could come right away grab it and bring it outside. He did an inspection as well and gave some good advice of how to avoid this in the future.
Description of Work: Removed bat from the house

Jeff came out the next morning to investigate. He discovered it was a bird's nest, not squirrels, and suggested I wait a few weeks and then have a carpenter come out to seal the openings (which he pointed out to me) when the noise stops and baby birds have flown away, rather than spend more money with him temporarily putting up wire screening for me. The carpentry work would still need to be done so it would have been a double cost. He just charged me for the Investigation, but said if I needed him to come back to just give him a call. Jeff is a pleasure to work with and I could tell he loves animals, which is a real plus in my book!
Description of Work: I thought I had squirrels in between my attic walls and Jeff came out the very next morning after I called late in the day.

Jeff was great. I had called another service which directed my information to Jeff as they handle more pests than wildlife. Jeff called me told me the fee to investigate and if I used his service it would be waived. He came quickly told me everything as he did it and answered all my questions. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He found my problem - a raccoon had entered my chimney- and was able to remove her. He then placed screening over the top to prevent any more animals entering until a cap is placed on, and sprayed a solution to deter her from coming back. He told me to call him the next day to follow up that everything was fine and no signs of the animal returning. I am so grateful that it was resolved so quickly and humanely. I would hire Jeff again if I needed to and recommend him highly.
Description of Work: I heard what sounded like an animal scratching in my wall and needed to find out what it was and remove it

Jeff Thompson is sole proprietor of this business and was backing up a Wildlife Service that I initially contacted (because the owner of that service was out of town for a few weeks). I immediately felt encouraged that these two competitive businesses back each other up for emergencies such as mine - nice to know). He let me know upfront the "inspection" fee to come and figure out what was in the attic and how to proceed, and that the fee was waived if he was hired to extract.. We made an appointment for the same day I called. He arrived on-time and quickly determined what was in the attic. He poked around and found the animal tucked away in a hiding spot. After wresting it out of that spot (which was difficult) he was able to extract it and removed it from my property. Although he suspected that this was a single animal, he set a trap to capture another if more were gaining access. Noises stopped. Nothing else has been trapped to date. It is very clear that Jeff is a very responsible business owner, cares about his customers (and the animals also), and wants to make sure the job is done properly and quickly. He has been so nice to work with, will answer any question about the situation and make recommendations. I will definitely be calling Jeff if any need arises in the future. Jeff's biggest concern about leaving the trap in the attic was that it was being inspected every morning so that if anything was trapped it wasn't suffering up there for more than a few hours. I respect and admire that perspective and business ethic. He cares....
Description of Work: Investigated the cause of noises I was hearing in my attic. Determined the cause (raccoon) and how access was gained. Removed the animal on the first visit, set a trap in case there were any additional animals gaining access while repairs are made to plug the access point. Made recommendations on what needed to be done to prohibit future access.
