On the day of installation he arrived on time, had all the equipment necessary to do the job, was efficient, and cleaned up after himself. It was a pleasure dealing with him. We are very pleased with the job he did and highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Tony and his crew installed a new, high efficiency condensing boiler. As part of the job, they removed an old boiler and a water heater. The work was done professionally and everything is working well. To me, a good metric of professionalism is how a work site is left by a contractor. In my huse, the area where Tony worked is cleaner than the rest of my basement! I marked Tony down a little on punctuality, due to a couple of interruptions to the flow of the work. On the other hand, my old boiler was still working, as was my water heater, so there was no emergency. So honestly we were not inconvenienced, and never went without heat or hot water except during the short, well-planned changeover. Otherwise the work was done as I anticipated it to be done, and Tony asked the right questions to be sure the work was done to my satisfaction.
