Tree Removal

The guys name is Paul, and he is excellent. I've been using them for several years. They're reasonable, and they do an excellent job. They're very much in demand. Actually, they did a small job; they've done large jobs before. They took down a tree that I had that was over 100 feet tall and over 100 years old. It took them two days to do it. They did an awesome job. They clean up beautifully. I have a large hundred plus year old European beach, he trims it all the time he comes by and checks so that's doing well. He is awesome. He's very reasonable. Based on what the job is he says, I have this date available is that okay? I've been using them for years.

Communication was great. The owner responded to my call promptly and came to give estimate the following day. He arrived on-time and was easy to talk to. Cost was less than the other estimate I obtained. To gain access to the yard, I had to enlarge the fence opening to 8.5 feet. I did that promptly and the work was scheduled for the following week. There was a bit of a mixup on the timing but I was home ... so no big deal. The job was completed very quickly (approximately 1.5 hours). It had been raining so my lawn was soft and the equipment made some dents in my lawn but I expected that. I'm very satisfied with the work and would use them again.

The owner came to provide an estimate at the time scheduled which was a good positive sign. Fast, efficient service. Four men were present who quickly got to work under Paul's (owner) direction. All I had to do was watch. Paul made a suggestion for some minor additional work involving some overgrown vines that were choking one of the trees, and that extra work was done without any additional charge. All tree material that landed on the ground was raked and cleaned up. About 90 minutes start to finish. Will definitely use Paul again.

This company was prompt and did a very good job cleaning up afterwards. They were not the cheapest estimate I got, but they did an excellent job, considering some of the trees that were trimmed back were in difficult locations inaccessible from the bucket truck and overhanging power lines.

I will use Worcester Tree and Stump over and over. Friendly/Professional and reasonably priced.

this was an emergency due to a thunderstorm that had passed through. I didn't even hear the tree come down. when I saw it in the morning it was blocking my elderly neighbor's driveway. they were here within 40 minutes of phone call. job finished in about 30 minutes. I am hiring them to do further work! couldn't be more pleased w/paul - polite, knows his stuff; consummate professional.

Absolutely outstanding job. I was concerned because I had no idea who to call. Paul's estimate was much lower that a couple others I received, so I decided to have him do the job. Great decision...I'd highly recommend him. He's very safety conscious, did a great job cleaning up. Cut the stumps down to ground level too!
