Description of Work: I used USA Aircare last year, I had purchased a discounted rate through Living Social. The people contracted to clean my chimney did not speak English, so there was a communication barrier. I was horrified that they had showed up without a ladder and climbed up onto my house using the electric box. In the middle of the cleaning, my downstairs filled with ash. When I asked the man why was this happening, he started yelling at me in a language I did not speak. When he tried to open the cellar window, he broke it. Also, my white tile floors are now black, when they tried to wipe it up all they did was smear ash around. When I called the office the following Monday, the manager said he would talk to the guy and find out the truth. The manager had made an appointment with me to come out to my house to see what damage was done, however, he never showed up and when I called the office, they let my call go to an answering machine. When the handyman who had boarded up my window called them from his cell phone, they answered right away and said that the manager had gone home for the day. I have yet to hear back from them and they were supposed to refund my money, as I had to pay an extra fee since my chimney was longer than expected. I am very disappointed that the manager of this company has not contacted me to clean up the mess that was made in my home or to refund me as he said he would.
