Trash Wizard

I have used the Trash Wizards 3 times in the past year. They were able to clear out my uncles house of various furniture, trash, as well as ripping up the rugs and discarding them. Overall I could not be any happier with the pleasent service that they provide. A+++

They came when they said they would and were finished fast. Before they left, they made sure I was satisfied with the work, asked if I had forgotten anything... Very nice gesture. I will definitely call them again.

Very well. The two guys filled the truck quickly and swept and cleaned up after the truck was filled.

EXCELLENT, Reliable Service!! These guys were quick, professional, and fair priced. They are respectful of my home and very neat. I am also glad to find out they also do whole house moves. ( Using a different truck of course, for moves ) People who had them do a long move to another state were "very impressed" and recommended I call these guys to do a move for me. I think the thing that impresses me most with this company, is that they go beyond the expected. Other reviews have mentioned this as well. In my case, they pointed out that I may be able to save money having a large piece of furniture shipped, instead of paying a mover. I liked that they are not afraid to lose a job to a less expensive method, yet still give me the option. It is your choice, of course, but I would advise looking no further ( and NO I am NOT related to them nor are they my person friends)

They were timely and reasonable in cost. They did a good quality job and were very pleasant to deal with.

They came out to our house, loaded up everything we pointed to in the garage and gave us a great deal. The owner is friendly, honest and he even helped us sell a fridge we were stuck with! Definitely an up and coming business that will build a loyal customer base. We will use them again.

Brett and his crew where on time and professional. They loaded all the items at the same price as a roll off dumpster and tool my old oil, computers, metal, wood, carpet, old doors... everything. I will definitely be using him again and would highly recommend them.

The company representative was very quick to respond to a request for an estimate and after scheduling the date and time, they made quick work of the trash removal. They charged a fair price and we would use them again.

I requested information from Trash Wizard through an online form on Angie's List. I received a response from Brett within minutes which I greatly appreciated. We exchanged a couple of emails and scheduled a morning pick-up between 10 and 11am. I also read on his site to ask about a $69 special. He told me that pertained to anything left outside that weighed 150lbs. or less and that my refrigerator qualified. Because the refrigerator was in my garage, my husband and I had no trouble pushing it out into the driveway. Brett arrived at my home right on time and maybe even a little before schedule. He was very professional and did a great job in every way. I would definitely recommend Trash Wizard to anyone in need of trash removal.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the results and once the rest of my crap gets here and I go through it, we will call them back :D

Went really well. We were able to schedule with them quickly, and he even called when he was going to be a few minutes later to let us know, which was not necessary, but greatly appreciated. We will use again.

I had used Trash Wizard in February to clean out my basement. I still had some items that I wanted to have removed and I wanted to clean out under my deck as well as get rid of an old kids play set. Brett sent his guys to the house. They were certain that they could get it cleaned out in two loads. They brought the truck around the back of the house, broke down a wooden play set and a metal play set for me. They had two loads of trash cleared out in less than 2 hours. The guys left while I had left to pick my son at daycare. Unfortunately they left a couple things behind. I don't think I clearly communicated that I had wanted the items removed. When I spoke to Brett, he reassured me that he would send the guys back out to get the last few small things. He did not charge me to come back to the house to take care of the last few things. These guys are simply wonderful. I will use them again should I need to get rid of larger items. I would recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I live in a raised ranch with no access to the attic. 60 years of junk (45 of my grandmother's and 15 years of mine) had accumulated and I have not had a basement to use. I contacted Brett at Trash Wizard to set up an estimate and went on to hire his company. After a brief miscommunication, Brett and his team came through and cleaned out our basement and garage. We had 4.5 loads worth of trash to be removed. I had a 60 year old fridge, washer, dryer, paint cans, clothes, couch, chairs, lawn mower, snow blower, gas cans and mattresses. On the day of the job they arrived on time, and got right to work. They checked to make sure on the items I wanted cleared out, and if there were questions they asked. They came back a second day to finish the job. I was not home this day. I had told them that there was a particular space that I wanted everything cleaned out of. They truly did an awesome job. They removed the rugs (which I hadn't mentioned, but was so glad they went) and books from a bookcase. Not only had they done all this, but they also swept the area. The two guys who did the job were so polite and worked hard. I am so glad I went with this company. I found them through Angie's List and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. When it was time to pay (after the job was complete), they had removed more than what was estimated. Brett only charged what he had quoted and no more. I know of another project or 2 that I am going to want taken care of come spring that I will definitely call them back for. Thank you to Brett and your team.

Brett was very responsive from the beginning. We filled in the online contact form and he called back within a couple of hours. He arrived when scheduled and was just wonderful to work with. Very pleasant, professional, helpful and careful. We had moved the junk to the garage to make it easier for him to load it, and he had the truck loaded within half an hour. We had so much junk that he did have to come back for a second load. We were very happy with how quickly this project was completed. We now have a beautifully clean basement, free of years of accumulated junk.

Brett arrived a few minutes early, looked over all the material to be removed and gave us a price estimate. He also agreed to deliver a slightly used hospital bed to a rest home which needed the donation, at no extra charge. (He is a trash hauler, not a mover, but dropped off the bed in fine condition, so it didn't end up in a landfill.) He and his assistant got everything out of the house neatly and cleanly, including all the extras we added as they went along. That almost filled the truck, so we scheduled a return visit to clean out the garage. Brett and his associate were neat and clean, professional, patient and friendly. Couldn't ask for better service.

The wizard responded quickly to my initial contact, and was able to meet me the next day. He was cheerful and friendly, and gave me a ride over to the second property rather than have me have to drive and meet him there. When we were finished reviewing the two sites, he gave me an immediate quote, and offered to come back later in the day to do the job(s). I can't actually remember if I took him up on that. I don't think so, because when he did come to pick up the trash, some neighbor had thrown their own stuff on top of what I wanted removed, which Trash Wizard took care of at no extra charge.

Excellent communication by phone and email. Brett was very good to work with. Pricing was fair, work done was excellent!

He arrived in a good sized, clean, and well marked middle sized truck, rang my doorbell and introduced himself to me, gave me a more than fair price to remove my load and did so quickly and quietly. I will continue to use him when we start our house remodeling in the spring.

It went as well as I expected.

Brett called me immediately after sending a message from their website and agreed to come by early the morning of the storm. They arrived about ten minutes early, and ten minutes later everything was loaded and gone. I gave pricing a 'B' for several reasons. My previous trash hauler, who's no longer in business, had charged me about $100 in the past for a load like the one Trash Wizard collected from me. Their website also says they'll take Bagsters for $5 less than Waste Management charges, but come to find out there's a $30 upcharge if there is any construction debris in the Bagster when Trash Wizards takes it. Waste Management doesn't charge the extra for construction debris in a Bagster, and Trash Wizard ought to disclose this on their website when they show their (lower) price for a Bagster. There was also no financial incentive for me to load my trash into the Bagster container, said Brett, so I didn't, and saved the cost of a Bagster. But I did appreciate the fact that they were ready and willing to come out before the storm so I was happy to pay for their services regardless of my reservations above. Payment was easy, either cash, check, or credit card. My card was scanned and five minutes later a receipt was emailed to me.

The whole job was completely quickly from start to finish, removing ceiling tiles and some metal grid from the basement. They were conscientious in not tracking through the house. Both were very pleasant and easy to work with.

They were gret. They fit me in at the last minute and helped me clear out my garage and cellar. They were polite and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.
