Synergy Skylights

I hired Synergy Skylights to install two beautiful skylights where none previously existed. From my first call to Laureyn, she was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Their quote was more than fair and the job was completed ahead of schedule. Nick and Andrew were a pleasure to have in my home. They arrived on time and finished in one day. From the first phone call with Laureyn, I was impressed with her knowledge and knew I was going to choose Synergy Skylights to do the work for us. It's wonderful to see women in such companies. I support them every chance I can, especially in such a male dominated field. The knowledge and experience Laureyn and Nick have is impressive. Laureyn had a model of a solar skylight with her in her car and I knew I made the right choice. It's more expensive than a regular skylight, but worth the cost. Also, we'll get a Federal tax credit for them. Our current skylights were too high up for me, so I never even opened them. This will be much better. I didn't have the other company come to my house, because I knew I wanted Synergy to do the work. I'm looking forward to having two new solar skylights this coming Spring.

Synergy skylights replaced 4 skylights and the roof that surrounded them on the north side of my home. Both the skylights and roof were 26 years old. They did a very good job at a reasonable price. I contacted 3 of the 4 firms that were recommended to me. All three came to my home to see the roof and skylights and explain what they would do. Laureyn was very knowledgeable about the process during our initial phone call. She explained a lot of the changes to skylights since mine were installed over 25 years ago. My first thought was to try to fix the leaks. She explained about the lifespan of a skylight. When I remembered that my roof was 26 years old it seemed like the best plan would be to replace all the skylights and the roof. It was all done in one day. I had confidence in her knowledge of the products and process. She came to my house, saw the existing setup and suggested units to match. My existing units were hard wired to open the window and operate the blinds. She suggested room darkening blinds for the cathedral ceiling family room. All the windows would open through solar powered batteries. This would then be eligible for a federal solar tax credit. Laureyn measured all the windows and had samples of both the windows and blinds to show me. It was easy to coordinate the schedule with Laureyn, arrange for delivery of supplies, and work out the contract and payments. Nick arrived on the agreed day of installation, arranged for drop cloths under the skylights that were to be replaced. The work was completed in a day. Cleanup was very good. Their crew took off their shoes whenever they came into my home. Everyone was easy to work with. I recommend Synergy to anyone to replace their skylights and roof.

Excellent experience with Synergy. How refreshing when a company does what they say they will, on the date they say theyâ ll do it, with quality work and great communication. Rare in the home improvement sphere. Would hire again without hesitation.

Professional, dedicated, really knows their business! Very clean, delivered and installed earlier than promised which was greatly appreciated. They installed on a VERY hot day and never complained! Great people!

I can not recommend Synergy Skylights enough. Their final cost came in $3000 under another local company, and the other company did not include interior finishing work, so I would have had to hire a contractor to finish it off. Laureyn came to my home at the scheduled time, explained everything thoroughly, including options and installation process, and even had a sample skylight in her truck that she pulled out and demonstrated to me. She had a ladder with her so was able to measure the space exactly, where as the other company that provided an estimate, stood on the floor and tried to extend a tape measure 15 feet into the air. Turns out, it was not a standard opening. Laureyn determined that on her visit. She was friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Nick, Laureyn's business partner, showed up for the installation at the arranged time, was incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. He came with a co-worker who supported him during the installation. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and during the process, Nick was even slipping his shoes off and on so he wouldn't track any dirt onto the rug. I am so thrilled with the final product. I love the skylights! Laureyn even sent a follow up text to make sure I was happy with them and if I had any questions. Professional and excellent service from start to finish!!

We hired synergy skylights to remove 3 old skylights and install 3 new skylights with solar powered blinds. We were told it would take 2 days start to finish and they were done in one! Workmanship was very professional and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Their clean up was outstanding! we didnt have to do anything more than move furniture back that we had got out of the way for them . Would highly recommend ð ð

Laureyn came out initially to view the Skylight we wanted to replace and she went through all the options as well as answered my numerous follow up questions over email. The day of the install Laureyn and Nick arrived on time and installed the new skylight and walked through the setup. They cleaned up inside and the whole process was very easy & quick.
