The representatives arrived on time as scheduled. They performed their service with skill. They provided an overview of repairs and upgrades to the system.

Kevin and Anthony cleaned the fireplace chimney and repair the fireplace. They both were experts in their knowledge of chimneys and fireplaces. They were both very friendly and polite. I would recommend the Shamrock Chimney Company and I would definitely hire them again.

initially the cleaning of the chimney was quoted as $75. when hired, two men came and said I needed a new chimney lining and gave me a quote of over $8,000. when I said that was too much and I would have to think about it, the price dropped to $4,000 but said I would have to do it that day. showed me the lining I had so I decided to do it but I don't know if I got 'scammed'. I should have been more vigilant in my decision

The response was quick and the service as it should have been -- $75 for cleaning and inspection. I need a formal estimate for repairs. And, although offered a discount for additional same day service, it is NOT comfortable to have such an offer particularly when the price is high.

They gave me a reasonable price and I hired them. Job look really nice.

Project was completed successfully. The detected an additional, repair, took pictures and gave a quote.

I feel as though the reviews below were either friends and family or part of a paid promotion. Based off my experience with the individual responsible for scheduling I would have given Zero stars if it were an option. I was told two Saturdays in a row that a technician was "on the way" while I waited over 8 hours without the courtesy of a call or text. It wasn't until I texted regarding the scheduled appointment that I was contacted and again advised they were just running late and would be at my home shortly. Again no show and no courtesy call to advise cancellation. If the technician's are as incompetent as the people responsible for scheduling at this company I fear my home would burn after using the fire place. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever jad with a company.

Rocco is a superior craftsman. You want a person who cares enough to be a perfectionist. I can't say enough good things about Rocco's professionalism and overall good nature. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Well I was first quoted $2100 then another $600 for waterproofing but total at end came to $3000. No real explanation as to why the quote changed so I then realized I made a mistake. Both nice guys but still have the hole that was plugged by us not redone with brick or mortar at base. Thatâ s originally why I needed a mason. When I checked BBB they have a rating of F. I didnâ t realize they were from worcester not local.

Needed a cleaning & a cap for our chimney, Joseph came out a couple days after contacting them to provide an estimate on the cap. It was very reasonable and he did the install and cleaning that day.

The problem was not solved and the company refused to return our calls. This was supposed to be a 10-year warranty but they do not respond to any of our communication. Ultimately after a year, we did receive a refund

Could not have been more professional and first class. Went above and beyond . Would give them 10 stars if I could. A company is only as good as the people who represent them and in this case, the representation was flawless. Hopefully, others have the same experience. I’d mention names, but not without their permission.

Both of the workers were polite and confident in the job there were doing. Explained how they world fix the problem. Both were aware of the surroundings that nothing got broken.

Good experience with Justin and Andrew. As far as work quality and value for money, I didn't go up on the roof to inspect it, so I'm hoping it doesn't break down soon. I have to believe they did a good job.

Just used them to clean the flues. They did a good job and recommended some additional work

They were able to quickly secure the loose bricks and replace the chimney caps. We are pleased with the results and it was a pleasure to work with them.

My chimney was supposed to be repointed and water sealed yesterday. The tech showed up late and didnâ t finish on time so I had to leave the house a little after five for an appointment. I paid him in full with a check assuming he was going to do decent work. The color is off, it was supposed to be light gray The grout is all over the bricks. It is not consistent in the brick grooves. It is a mess, my 11 year could have done a better job. He left concrete and rocks in my yard. He left the hose on for a day. I went out today and noticed the hose was still completely wide-open. It doesnâ t appear to be water sealed. I want the guy who quoted the job to come back out here and take a look at what was done. He told me he was going to have one of the best techs do this work. If this was one of the best techs, this company would be bankrupt. Iâ m extremely upset right now
