Shamrock Chimney

Professional, good communication. Estimate was thorough, no additional costs. Workers were very efficient. Finished product looked amazing. Would definitely recommend these fine folks.

We needed someone to give us a quote on what was obviously a need for a new chimney crown. 3 other contractors gave us quotes but never really took a real good look at the chimney. Joe D and his helper John from Shamrock came out , Joe got up on the roof, looked everything over very carefully and gave us a quote for the crown and a rather dire need he saw and explained for flue liners . I was convinced he was accurately and honestly assessing our needs and had quoted us a reasonable price. They did the work that afternoon into the evening. The only tiny minus was a little mess they left in the clean outs. I think they just forgot that hidden spot . Everything else was spotless and the work looks like it is done very professionally. The work came with a great warranty so we are very happy.

They showed up a bit late, but did call to say when they would be here. Being that the service was done up on my roof it really is hard to rate the work.They were very pleasant and got right to work.

Shamrock chimney did the work we agreed upon, but it truly looks ugly. What used to look like a nice chimney outside now looks like a mess on top. Further, the dampers installed do not operate smoothly as they were installed so close together that they catch each other. Not pleased.

Joe and his crew did a great job, very quick service. They cleaned up after and reviewed the work prior to starting the job, and did some additional work (small cleanup) at no additional charges...I would hire again if needed...

Solid work, the two-man crew was efficient and professional. They arrived to do an estimate and were ready to do the work right away. I had already gotten two other estimates, so was happy to proceed. They also offered a great deal, started right away and were done in a day and a half. Highly recommended!

This 2-man crew was phenomenal. They arrived when said they would, got straight to work and had my project finished in about 1/2 hours time. Their work was clean, the gentlemen were respectful and they took great pride in their work. They came prepared with every item they needed, explained exactly what they were doing, worked with enthusiasm and left me with a marvelous finished product at a fair and reasonable price. Good job gentlemen, job well done!

Chris did a great job on the chimney and has come back to repair several leaking spots around the vent pipes in the roofâ this despite his having said after his first visit that he hates our roof (it is ridiculously steep). He had to tie himself to the chimney in order to work on it! He nevertheless remains cheerful and makes sure to let me know exactly what he's doing and why.

Found out after the fact was grossly overcharged for what they made sound like a critical issue - it was not. I prefer a business with integrity. It also took them 4 hours longer than we were advised.

Shamrock came to our home as part of a promo for chimney cleaning. The work itself was good and they did some additional recommended maintenance which was great. We had a small mishap during their visit - but they worked with us to make it right. James was on top of the situation and excellent to work with. John was great as well. We would call them again.

Chris and his associate (didn’t get his name) were both wonderful. They came in, inspected both chimneys in my two-family home and recommend solutions. They completed everything the same day, and I highly recommend these wonderfully professional gentlemen and this company!

Shamrock ☘️ Chimney was professional and efficient. Their quote for the work was fair and reasonably compared to a few other businesses. Received calls from the contractor while en route to the job site to confirm the work. Upon completion before and after photos were taken of the work. Friendly customer service representative Mary was a delight to speak with and arranged the scheduled work promptly. Good business!!

Hired for a routine cleaning, but when they opened up the flue, they found that the clay was crumbling away in big slabs. They quickly alerted my wife that this was a massive problem and we were not only at risk of CO poisoning, but also the HE oil furnace was not running as efficiently as it should be. I OKed the cost of the steel liner installation. My wife sent me photos of the issue and the solution as they worked. When I asked her how she would rate them, she said "Five stars. They were very good! He took pictures of the inside of the chimney to show me & had me look for myself in the bottom half to see the pieces that had broken off. He showed me pictures of the new insert & told me about it. They cleaned up & were very respectful." Trust me, she's tough to get a five star rating out of.

Fast and reasonable.

They rescheduled the first appointment but lowered the price for the inconvenience. The work was done and I am satisfied with the work. Thank you.
