They arrived early with a nice smile and proceeded to take care of our fireplace. The job done in no time at all. Additionally, their pricing was so reasonable compared to all the other chimney businesses we reviewed on line.

Shamrock Chimney went above & beyond my expectations. JoJo and Gabriel were the experts that came to my home. JoJo explained everything in detail, made me feel comfortable with what he was going to do, showed me photos and explained everything to me. I had 2 other companies come and this one was not the cheapest what made the decision for me was JoJo and his professionalism, knowledge and understanding of what I needed for my chimney and Gabriel was also the same way. Please reach out to this company and request these 2 workers you won't be disappointed. I give the an A++.

A professional job, all the more impressive because several unanticipated problems were encountered and overcome.

They installed the wrong damper (opening upward instead of inward), They left a **cut open** tube of caulking under the chimney cap, they put very little caulking around the seal of the damper, their van left an oil slick in my driveway, customer service kept saying they would come back to correct the problems and never did! Had to contact my CC company to get the charges reversed. Would not recommend them at all (I guess that is why the BBB on Long Island gave them an F rating)!

Needed my chimney repointed . Joe D climbed up on the roof inspected the chimney and recommended a liner . Proved to me that we needed it . Did it same day . Was professional and cleaned up as he went . Was great to work with . Down to earth and didn t bs me on anything .

Very unprofessional, took 8 weeks to complete, left job site a total mess every time they left, destroyed my lawn and air conditioner and as far as I am concerned the job is not finished. I went and finished the job myself along with repairing my air conditioner.
