Shamrock Chimney

Very disappointed!Told us they would arrive between 9-12,called at 1250pm,told us they would call back never did! Finally called again at 130 told they were still 10 -15 minutes away! Cancelled appointment very poor customer service

The work was done quickly, and they explained the process, etc. But leaving behind an almost full 80 lb bag of cement was unexpected.

Chris and Chris of Shamrock Chimney performed outstanding work and were very experienced and well-versed in their profession. Very knowledgeable and even went above and beyond our needs to meet and exceed our expectations! They even came back to check up to whether they solved the long-worrisome issues we had for a few years now. We are now excited we will not see any further deterioration of what our problem caused and don't have to worry each and every time it rains. Chris and Chris did a great job. They explained every detail of the chimney repair needs and what it would take to complete the repair. They arrived on time completed the repair and cleaned up the area when done. They were respectful and polite to both my wife and I. They made every effort to protect our house and property and they harnessed up to protect themselves while on the house. I would highly recommend them for anyoneâ s chimney or fireplace repair.

We hired Shamrock to install a chimney cap to keep wildlife from entering our home. The custom cap they installed was too big and there was a gap big enough for squirrels to enter. We ended up with squirrels falling down our chimney and a nest under the cap. It took Shamrock 4 weeks to come out and fix the problem. Instead of replacing the cap with the correct size, they patched the overhang with some sheet metal. The result looks absolutely awful.

Amazing work done by Mike from Shamrock Chimney! He was very patient and thorough explaining everything that needed to get done with our chimney. Hoping to have him come back in a year and help reseal the chimney for water leaks! AWESOME work. Highly recommend.

Over the moon with Mike and his partner. They showed up inspected our chimney took the time to thoroughly explain all the steps in detail to my husband and I. He then went out to his van and hopped right up to the roof and started working. Mike took before pictures and after pictures of the work being done and even sent a video to me of everything he did. The chimney repair was awful and I think a five-year-old could do a better job. When I called them on the issues I had with the work they did, I was told Shamrock chimney would make it right. After that, they stopped responding to my phone calls looks like I have to get a lawyer to make things better!

I mistakenly hired this company to repair a leak around the chimney. They chipped away some of the chimney under the guise of determining whether it needed repair which it did not. They painted the base of the chimney with some substance. Made a point of telling me this product was guaranteed not to leak for five years. They charged me $1,500. In retrospect they overcharged me. I am a senior citizen and although I agreed to the price, I believe I was taken advantage of. The **repair** took approximately one hour. I am going to file complaints with the BBB and AGs office.

overall he workmanship was excellant. The cleanup could have been done better. The Stove was replaced slightly off square to the wall. I would hire them again. in a heartbeat

Couldn't be happier with the service I received from Shamrock Chimney, after putting out several quote requests they were the second to contact me but the first couldn't get to us for over 2 weeks. Shamrock was able to come out next day. The did a great job explaining the problems with our chimney including pics and videos and were able to fix everything same day at a very competitive rate. They kept me informed throughout the process and most importantly we no longer smell fumes whatsoever when our oil burner turns on.

The Guys were pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and professional. The owner was agreeable on how to approach the work to fit into our financial budget. A BIG THANK YOU!

Great, I thought they would give me a price and come back another day, but the started after we agreed on the price and they finished fast.

I would strongly not recommend Shamrock Chimney Shamrock CC, Inc.] for a home improvement project. The quality of work was very poor, and their customer service to address my concerns was equally poor.

A guy named Billy Kxxxxxx came out and said he could fix our chimney. He got my mother-in-law by saying he would do it for $3500 that day. She hired him. I have no idea what he did but our chimney leaks like a sieve. We are currently trying to reach Billy Kxxxxxx and the company. At this point we are planning on going to the Better Business Bureau and filing a formal complaint.

Highly recommend Shamrock Chimney for job well done involving collapsed clay flues & boiler chimney relined w/28 ft stainless steel system & more ...all due to lack of any cap ever being put on. What a discovery this was! Very pleased with technician's communication skills via photos shown & courteous manner in explaining everything needed. Deserves 5 stars.
