Very competitive price, but, left a spot on floor and furniture. Putting down a few drop cloths would take minutes and greatly improve the experience!

Showed up 90min after the window for my first appointment, but brought the wrong equipment so couldn't complete the work. And then just completely no-showed for the second appointment - called, texted and no answer. Complete waste of time.

I had a water leak around my chimney. They were unable to fix the problem. I ended up needing to call out a roofing company.

I hired them to come inspect and clean my chimney at my new house. Set up a day for them to come. Confirmed the day before they would be here between 10-1. They never showed. No call. Nothing. I called and they rescheduled. Then they did not show up again. Third time I rescheduled guess what, another no show. The woman on the phone was so rude and literally did not care that they stood me up 3 times in a row. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not use.

There was a scheduling issue on the first day we booked so we had to reschedule for another day. On the second day, they came and did a nice job.

Must read before doing business with Shamrock Chimney. I do not usually write reviews but after my experience with them I felt I needed to. My appointment just got canceled for the 4th time. This ordeal has been going on for over a month. Such a waste of time. Everyday they are supposed to come the appointment time comes and goes. They call them and they try to reschedule for the following week. The same story every time. **The crew is busy on another job** This even happens when my appointment was early in the morning. Every time! Call it is constant confusion. I have no idea how this company is alive. Stay away!

Very responsive to urgent request.

Called to fix a hole in our chimney. Responded to the call quickly but patched it up poorly. Cement and insulation immediately fell off and no one came to replace it until the next day. Repair round two went better but out chimney looks like a real mess now. Not impressed.

Charged me $3,300 to fix a water leak. Said that to fix the leak they had to re-mortar a good amount of the chimney. This did not fix the leak. Asked them to come out again to fix it and it took them 2wks to come out. They said that I would have to replace the damper to fix the leak and quoted me another $2,500 to replace it. I asked them to block it off altogether to avoid any water from going in, but its STILL leaking so it obviously was not the damper either. Now I will have to get up there myself to see if I can fix it and if not, hire a different professional because these guys do not know what they are doing. Very disappointed and $3,300 out the window.

The company came when they said would, cleaned the chimney and installed a new cap to prevent rain from flowing down into our basement.

So far no leaks in the house. They came ready to work. Did estimate and repair same day. They did have to remove a panel near the heater for access to the chimney which I had to repair (although they tried, they are not carpenters). Overall, I am very satisfied. After the first rainstorm, my ceiling was leaking as before. I called a roofer and a mason and they both told me that the chimney was not repaired correctly. Would appreciate someone who would correct this problem. Thank you. No one called back. Used another mason who did a fantastic job.

Kevin and Evan get a thumbs up from me. Quick quality work. I just wish the chimney cap could have fit better. I would recommend this company and these to technicians.

Contact me in 10 years and I will be able to tell you how good it all is, for now, it looks great and we are happy to have these repairs behind us. Seemed a bit expensive but I would hire them again.
