The caps installed on top of my chimney fell off during the first storm 3 weeks after installation. Which presents extreme hazard taking in count that I have 2 toddlers. When I called customer service, they were rude, not understanding and did not want to give me a time frame for when they would come back to fix the problem or give me a refund.

They were awesome. Found issues denoting with the original installation of our fireplace insert that were not up to par and of which we were unaware. They quickly fixed the problems and kept us informed of each step required and completed the tasks very expeditiously. The outcome of their work was excellent and put us at ease. I admit my first thought was are they being legit, but it was very obvious they were very honest, unlike the original installers. I wish I knew they existed when we first decided to add an insert. They are my go to guys now!

This company is great! I got an appointment within 3 days. They arrived on time, did a complete fireplace safety inspection and took pictures. They explained where the issues were, and told us how they would need to be fixed. Worked all afternoon and got the job done. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing chimney, fireplace or masonry repairs.

They were prompt and got the work done quickly.

They canceled and rescheduled for 2 days after the original appointment. They did a good cleaning and thorough inspection where they found some cracking and shifting so we had to do some unexpected repairs that were quite costly but, now our chimney is good to go so I am thankful for that. Overall it was a good job.

The tech who came tried getting me to pay cash for other repairs. He insisted on coming back and did not show up. I called the company and it was his day off and they did not know anything about the repairs. Very shady.

Did a great job. Were able to give the estimate and fix the chimney the same day. I was very happy about that as I did not want any more water getting in the cellar from the chimney.

Great service

The crew did good work,on time,worked until the job was finished each of the 2 days. The pricing was off by alot. There was a little bait and switch in regards to the paperwork and the prices put on the paperwork. Over charged by 3-5 times on masonary work but the workmanship was good. Did not seal the steps or entire chimney as was in the original work order. I cannot recommend this company even though this work crew was pretty good.

Jose is amazing! He literally walked me through every step, educating me and answered all my questions. He took before and after pictures. When I reached out to him a week later he got right back to me and explained my concerns and told me he would take care of it. Wonderful guy and I would and already have recommended them. Thank you! Cleaning my wood stove pipe went smootly. Definitly would recommend.
