Shamrock Chimney

They aren't great at scheduling, meaning they missed the first appointment because they said that the appointment wasn't "confirmed" via text. I never got a text and I confirmed by speaking with them. Friendly techs but were late past their 3 hour window. They seemed knowledgeable and did an inspection concluding I didn't need a cleaning but their were some minor repairs. All in all, based on their actions, they are OK!

The mason was very professional, clear about what they would and completed my project with in the same week of looking at it. I highly recommend them.

Shamrock Chimney messy work, did not do the work they said they were going to do, installed old bricks from a previous work they did. Very Unprofessional.

They did not show up when they were supposed to and when they did they did not complete the service.

They were prompt on the second day but did not show up the first day. I had to call to see where they were and was told they were too busy to come. This is not good customer service.

Outfit showed up ready to do the job. I was impressed with that. Only issue was price.

Polite and professional service. The scheduler called me within minutes of posting the request for service on Home Advisor. She quoted me a fair price for chimney cleaning and they came when they said they would. So easy!
